TQ, am forever grateful to the receptionist Mr Chin Sie Ching (hopefully i got his name right). I called and he happened to be on duty on my check out date the morning of 06/01/2025. He helped locate my necklace ASAP which i left behind in the room and was kind enough to have it sent to the airport. I am very thankful for the very high standard, professionalism, kind and helpful staff of your hotel.

A good apartment for family stay, no complaints as it's near to many tourism spots and convenient to find foods around the corner, zhujiang river is just walking distance. Staff services are good and up to expectations.

Staff were friendly and spoke good English. My family and I booked a 5 pax flat. The flat was relatively clean, but the beddings were old and torn when we checked in, obviously not impressed. Luckily, the staff changed the beddings immediately the next morning, so we were happy. My biggest issue was that we only had one small shower room in the entire flat, no separate toilet. It was definitely insufficient for such a big group. Also, the building is very rundown, and the lift is small and dirty. With hindsight, I would definitely prioritise a flat with a shower room and a separate toilet at the minimum. With a heavy heart, I won't stay there again.
