Our stay was very enjoyable. The Swiss themed loft was lovely; spacious, quaint, clean and all appliances were functioning. Pictures are accurate. The private onsen was nice. The temperature gauge wasn’t working though. The outdoor space around the onsen, especially the tired and stained walls, can be a little cleaner but it didn’t damper the experience.
The staff were brilliant. 小李 at reception was very helpful. The fondue we preordered wasn’t available but he arranged for a replacement hotpot swiftly. When I left my key inside, one message on WeChat and he was at the door within minutes. 阿寶 at the restaurant was also superb. She was very attentive and proactive. Service is 100/100.

External and environment was ok. The room was horrible. Toilet was dirty and unable to flush. Shower was smelly. The bath basin was worn. Totally undesirable and nor worth the price.

Nice environment and relaxing atmosphere! Staff are friendly and ready to serve, especially the front desk staff , Ms 李 and the canton restaurant staff, Ah 寶. A very enjoyable stay of 3 days 2 nights!

It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. If a guiding application with the resort & surrounding facilities provided would be super!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel!! The hotel attendants were beyond attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was so well maintained and it was clean. Breakfast was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and the hot springs pool was so relaxing. It was worth every penny and more. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway, a bonding experience with friends or to celebrate a special occasion.

The hotel was amazing. Extremely beautiful, the location was very calm, hotel staff was very nice. The room was also very big, clean, and had an espresso machine! Although this hotel is expensive, I really do think that you are getting what you pay for. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. The hot tub was also great, it only took around 10 minutes to fill and it was already really hot!

Every time I come here, I will receive the attentive service of the housekeeper. This time is no exception. The housekeeper Li Jiafu helped to arrange the room early in the morning and took the trouble to help solve some small trivialities👍👍. The room is clean, bright and comfortable. The free dried longan is delicious. When eating breakfast, I found that the dishes in the Chinese restaurant are good. The waiter Wen Bibao immediately helped to note the table number. At lunch, he recommended seasonal dishes according to our preferences, and the products were good👍👍
