The bath room without hook to hang clothes, and the toilet without door which will be smelly when some some one is using it.

room is clean and good, staff are nice. breakfast is fine for this price, but you can hear next room use water tap, ha ha. Bath room have water seepage issue and make floor wet.

小希 Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and quick to respond to any issues raised. The hotel provides breakfast and even simple supper options. Best of all, there is self served laundry on-site. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy, room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit strange with not much privacy (floor to ceiling window) but we were able to close the curtain halfway. Would stay again and the receptionists both spoke good English 👍

Nice area, near metro I'm relaxing with early check-in and late check-out. I'd like to come back next time.:)

Hotel location is good. But it’s not clean (shower head is disgusting, floor has marks, hot water has no pressure) and not comfortable due to construction in the building. Not sure it’s worth the money to be honest. Also wifi is extremely slow. I definitely won’t stay there again

Had a room that had bad smell but changed by Xiaolin immediately after I mentioned. Generally good with everything

Hotel was really pleasant and comfortable, plus simple breakfast was served. Would stay again if the price is reasonable again. Totally loved the experience.

1) The hotel lobby is inconveniently on the 6th floor, requiring guest to bring all the luggage upstairs to check in. The hotel is part of a mixed-use development with offices, so need to wait some time for the lift. 2) After flushing the toilet, need to wait sometime for the water tank to refill before being able to flush a 2nd time. 3) Dining area is very small and dark. Hotel corridor is also dim. The road outside the hotel lacks sufficient street lighting along the pedestrian path, making the hotel appear eerie at night. 4) No restaurant in the building 5) Location is excellent, immediately just next to Tiyu Xi Metro station. 天河城 Tianhe City and Parc Central are just across the road 6) Hotel room is spacious and clean

In the mid town area, everything is near with subway metro station, shopping mall, and restaurant
