It has a stunning view over the landscape of the newly developed area. The room is clean and neat. The swimming pool comes with heat and the kids zone is in a compact size. Reasonable enough in a city. Not too far from Chimelong Safari Park , about 20 mins by DiDi. Few blocks away from the shopping and eating district, which makes this place isolate from the bustling hub. Overall, not too bad.
P.S. It seems this Sheraton does not often use the Marriott app. Can't get a shaving kit/ any responses within 15 mins. Better to call the front desk.

Location: 9/10
The location is excellent, just 7-10 minutes from the major shopping mall area. On your way back to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.
Service: 9.5/10
While the room's air conditioning was a bit too warm during our three-day stay, the hotel staff consistently checked in on us and sent two technicians to resolve the issue. The housekeeping team also provided a fan without us needing to ask.
Facilities: 7.5/10
The indoor swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay.
Room Size: 10/10
The room size is excellent, more than enough for a family. I highly recommend trying the themed room for the kids!

Beautiful and well-designed hotel, professional staff in reception, lobby, gym and swimming pool, good buffet, big and clean room, nice bed and matt, early check-in, efficient check-in process in minutes, free birthday cake and fast service for additional request of room supplies. Second to none hotel and it is the best hotel in China. My family did not want to go home. We will come again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️

The hotel staff went above and beyond with their welcomes. When I first got off the taxi to get into the hotel I needed to check in and there was a family of five in front of me, so the hotel staff escorted me to the 40th floor for a speedy check in. The hotel is overall stunning, provided all the amenities. The massage from the Bali spa was really relaxing, and hotel offered a wonderful high tea and a selection of delicious food from the cafe and restaurant.
