Not a bad experience. The service was awesome. The staff there try by all means despite communication challenges in terms of language. I also like the swift Airport pick up services and the food was ok . The room was clean as well.

One night rest before taking my flight nice hotel near airport

I chose this hotel because it offered free airport shuttle service. The staffs were friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fresh and tasted good. I loved the congee and sesame balls. There was no fridge in the room. You need to pay for phone charging if you don't have your own cable and charger. (Not sure if most hotels are the same).

The actual hotel was OK but not that clean. We had 5 rooms, and all were run down and not that clean. Locks didn't work on some. the elevator is dodgy. Breakfast room. smells so bad, and food is questionable. However location around the hotel is very interesting. Streets are a little bit dirty eg litter bit lots of activity and good vibe. There is a public park less than 100 meters where locals come to exercise and dance. There were 4 differnt groups in the park dancing and you could join in. Lots a good bakeries that are cheap and nice around as well as a night street food market. Lots of other places to eat and hang out. Although the area looks a bit seedy, 11 of us did not feel unsafe. People were quite freindly outside of the hotel. However hotel staff need training in customer service because it was not good.

The counter service is good but the amenities not so, air cond not well function,the shower paip in poor condition,.The breakfast not many varieties. We have to continue booking one room extra in order to get the transportation to airport because our flight is on midnight.

Close to the Airport. About 20 rmb by Taxi but quite far for those interested in areas on Line 2. Like Sanyuali, Xiaobei e.t.c. The breakfast is purely chinese. I know we are in China but we could have something better for breakfast for foreign travellers honestly.

The hotel is located in a new developments area, the offered room is spacious but the room has smoke smell. The towels provided were old and torn,the staff were friendly changed upon request. There was no tea or coffee provided although there is kettle. The telephone was not working in the new smoke free room. The breakfast had very few choices and the driver was very friendly to drop us to airport

Hotel was good, nearby airport. Staff is helpful. Overall was ok.

Negative: Very bad customer service, staff is not friendly or approachable not smiling and she just throw my passport (She brought it to another counter and just threw there while returning). At evening I asked for additional pillow but she reply she can’t help now but will follow up tomorrow common I need it for sleeping and next day I am going to checkout so why would I need it next day, staff insist me can’t help for pillow and I do insist as well so later a man came and delivered two pillows to room. I had bad experience of customer service! Rude staff! Positive: hotel location, some stores nearby, room amenities, room size and airport drop.
