It was good as over all , the hotel staffs were so friendly and humble. They even upgraded my rooms. Rooms and restrooms were so clean. Room service is excellent. But amenities like gym , work area and laundry yet need to be upgraded. Breakfast is repeated one daily the same. Instead you can opt without breakfast rooms

Stay in 6th floor room. The facilities in the 7th floor room are run-down.
You’d be better to contact them before you ask pick up from the airport.
Overall, it was okay to stay overnight when you arrive late in the airport if you consider the price.

Pros:
Convenient location close to the airport – perfect for when you’re running late and need to fling yourself at the nearest departure gate.
The hotel offers a transfer service (although, in my case, it was more of a “one-way ticket” situation – morning transfer to the airport only).
The reception staff had a nifty little translation device, which made communication a breeze. No miming necessary!
Cons:
My evening request for a transfer was met with a deafening silence. Perhaps they were too busy perfecting their stiff upper lip.

My flight was delayed at 3 am until I arrived at the hotel. Still treated well by the employees. Got a free upgrade to a beautiful room. This hotel is close to Baiyun airport and there is a shutter available. there is a halal food store within 13 minutes' walk. i like❤️

Good pickup from airport even late at night. Location close to airport. Breakfast was undesirable. Not much to eat and tables were not cleared. No drinks provided for breakfast.

Not a bad experience. The service was awesome. The staff there try by all means despite communication challenges in terms of language. I also like the swift Airport pick up services and the food was ok . The room was clean as well.
