Friendly staff, especially the two young ladies at the concierge, and all staff at the breakfast restaurant. Room is spacious, with Zhujiang river view. Breakfast with variety food, most favourite is the Cantonese breakfast e.g. dimsum, congee, glutinous rice pack, dumplings, fried noodles...

Hotel room size is spacious with Zhujiang riverview, and served delivious Cantonese breakfast. Concierge (two lovely young ladies), cleaning and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. EXCEPT for a male concierge staff when I checked in on Sept. 15th around 7:00PM. He is ridiculously rude, not only to me but also to other checked in guests at the lobby. He gives a bla face and impatience when we asked about the breakfast & check out time. And he denied his mistake after give me the hotel room card which is not working to scan the lift access. Seriously please consider him again as your hotel staff. Another issue is BED BUG. :( We got biten by bed bug during our stays, only noticed the wounds after check out.

The hotel is in a great location and has a very nice view of the river.
Unfortunately, it was not the cleanest, there were hairs on the night stands, stains on the carpet and the corridor stinks of cigarettes even though smoking is not allowed...

We came to Guangzhou from Malaysia to attend the Canton Fair and stayed in this hotel for the first time. Mr. Kevin Chen at the front desk warmly introduced us to the hotel's services, facilities, surrounding tourist attractions, transportation and other information, which brought us great convenience for our business trip. Next time we come to Guangzhou, we will stay in your hotel. Come on!

Overall experience is not bad, however, their WiFi is not good at all compared other hotel. I have want able to use any of their Wifi due to signal is bad

The hotel its located just next to river
loved it
close to all markets to go check suppliers
they do clean room everyday
give you clean towels and make bed
and the 阿姨 they all so friendly .
The room where i was staying had fridge , laundry machine and pot for water / coffee .
Maybe breakfast need more western options
but its just OK .

Great location by the river right next to the boats, close to Shamian Island, Yongqingfang and a lot of the food streets in old GZ. Room's big with nice views of river, staff also nice. Has a basic gym. Other facilities pretty basic and one lift out if 3 are under renovation. Great for one night weekend stay.
