First of all its on unit number 41 not 37. Location: nearby local foods and convinient stores. Walking distance to city train station and the river side. Room's good and the balcony is an extra. Nice hotel, location is ok, a bit far away from downtown but near underground station. Room is very small but pretty comfort for two just to sleep in. Good noodle store near the entrance. The hotel has a washing machine but no dryer so with wet south weather it takes a lot of time to dry clothes outside and you don’t have much space inside the room for drying as well. But overall it is good for its price.

The room was simple yet very efficient and clean. For the price it is a great deal. The location is perfect also. We had a great time. I recommend.

B&Bs (semi-self-service) usually have no one at the front desk, and all communication is done through WeChat. You have to ride a bicycle to travel. As long as you are not pretentious, you can ride a bicycle all the way to the major attractions nearby (there are many authentic Guangzhou delicacies along the way). There is no need to follow the public's comments or Xiao's books to explore the shops. There are many surprise delicacies on the way. The hotel environment is average, and there is no way to avoid it during holidays. You get what you pay for. Just want to sleep. It is two levels better than some ethnic minority village B&Bs (psychologically comforting myself). If you have a choice, you should stay in a hotel.
