Service 10/10 Amenities are lacking but okay Room is cozy, homey and clean Aircon is well functioning and cold Location 10/10, just in Beijing Lu. The front desk staffs are very helpful, they also helped me ship my items to my friend . They are attentive, kind and responsive. The English speaking staff is a plus Overall stay is 10/10

The hotel is located in Beijing road,and really convenient,if you find a place to shopping and relaxing, this is the best place to stay . Room is very clean and cozy, staff are excellent.

For this price, the hotel is consider very decent. Downstair is all food and amenities.

Very Nice. Booked 4 rooms. Very well located in the Beijing Road Area. Room was clean and tidy. Many foods and shopping spots nearby.

Room was pretty big, Lots of dust in the room and Air-Con was not cool enough so make us cant stay inside the room on day time. Have to wait long time for elevator. Location was great but little bit hard to find, On Trip.com said front desk was on 2nd floor but it’s on 6th floor. Bed was very comfy. toilet was ok and big. front deck staff was ok

Decoration inside is nice. Housekeeping is a bit lacking, only come if you request and didn’t really clean the room daily, just refresh towels and take out trash. Location is very good. Elevator and building lobby is not very nice.

The location is superb if you’re first time in Guangzhou and is a food lover. It is located very near to all the good food/restaurants. It’s also near shopping malls and wholesalers. The services received were acceptable. The only minus point is the lift. (Slow and very crowded) Overall, still a good stay.

As an old store on an old street, the infrastructure is a bit old but fairly complete. Disposable paper cups are provided for washing, the bathroom is narrow and separated into dry and wet areas, the front desk is very friendly and basically answers all inquiries, there is an escape room next to the room, there is a gap under the door, the sound insulation is not very good but it is not to the extent of seriously affecting rest.

The room is not as good as the photo, but it is not bad. For me, it is just for sleeping and the rest of the time is spent outside 😂 The location is very good, right on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. But it will be a bit noisy at night

The room is neat and clean. Compared with other nearby hotels, it is cost-effective and very convenient to go out. There is a pedestrian street at the door, where you can eat, drink and have fun.

The reception staff was polite, the facilities were complete, the hygiene was acceptable, the decor was a bit old but acceptable. Convenient dining nearby, Chinese, Western, Japanese, Korean and Thai everything 👍 Will definitely stay again next time I come to Guangzhou

I went out with my friends and chose this apartment because I wanted to travel conveniently. Although it takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway, there is a pedestrian street outside. There are so many things to eat in the snack street that I don't have time to eat. The accommodation environment is above average compared to ordinary B&Bs. The bathroom is a little small, but it's okay. The room is also very clean. It would feel better if the sofa in the living room was made of easy-to-care fabrics such as PU. The refrigerator has a freezer, which is more convenient than ordinary hotels! The 24-hour front desk service is very good, and you can communicate at any time if you need it. We accidentally had some small accidents and the front desk also helped us solve them very friendly. B&Bs care more about whether they can store luggage after leaving the store, and this one can. The only drawback is that there are only two elevators in the high-rise building, and sometimes the waiting time is a bit long.
