Extremwly dirty hotell, everything was broken and very poor maintained.

The hotel is new and clean, easy to find around 8-10 minutes walking distance from the Shibi metro station or you can easily get a Didi car/bike ride to the hotel. The room is great with big windows view and a very comfortable soft bed guaranteed for a goodnight sleep. The room I stayed is a duplex even come with a washing machine ! There is no worries about food as there are few restaurants just outside the hotel block offering a varieties of noodle/rice meal with many choices for local breakfast menu.

The hotel service is enthusiastic, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and spacious, the hotel location is superior, the room cleaning staff are also very friendly, the front desk lady is very friendly and professional, the room prices are also very affordable, and the cost-effectiveness is high! What I got was not only a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also a human experience. This is my evaluation of this hotel, fantastic!

Do not come and spend the night here. I will never choose this place if I come to this city again. It's not cheap, but it's a crappy place. I have never stayed in such a trashy place in my life. I arrived in Guangzhou late from Macau, so I couldn't find a hotel close by. The environment of this building is also bad. Small flies fly everywhere in the room. The shower and toilet seats are all broken and old. It is just useless to keep cleaning. Also, it takes a lot of work to connect to the Wi-Fi in the room. Lots of steps. When the weather is very hot at +37 degrees, the air conditioner does not drop below 30 degree. it is probably set to not automatically lower than 30 degree. I stayed at this place for 38 USD. Even if you pay 1 USD in such a place, it is a lot. Just don't choose. Sleeping on the street is much more comfortable than this place.
