My experience at this hotel was nothing short of disastrous. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by its deplorable condition, which was a far cry from the advertised images. The space was filthy, with visible cracks on the walls and floor, and permeated by a disgusting odor that made it nearly uninhabitable. When I complained, the alternative room offered was equally unsuitable, reeking of smoke and resembling a LAN shop more than a hotel room. The stark contrast between expectation and reality was so severe that I couldn't bring myself to stay even a single night. Within a mere 10 minutes, I made the decision to leave and book another hotel, as the thought of spending any time in such unacceptable conditions was out of the question. This experience was not only disappointing but also resulted in additional costs and inconvenience. Would want a refund for the night I did not use

Average apartment, not functioning and bad maintained. Useless broken kitchen. Sofa was broken, cannot seat. Check-in is slow and odd. Stairs to bedroom is steep and unsafe. Cheap offer less than 40$ is worth.

Overall is average. The apartment looks old but clean. Location is so so only, the transfer also can’t find the exact location to leave us as it can’t directly stop at the front.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. She was very enthusiastic and available at any time. I was given a free room upgrade. The room was also very clean. The facilities were also very good. There was no odor. There were shops around the downstairs. It was very close to the places to play. The transportation was convenient. It was a very good experience for the first time. I will stay here again next time I come to Guangzhou
