The KTV on the 2nd to 4th floor was so noisy that I complained three times at night and couldn't sleep until 1am. I argued with the front desk but it didn't work out. They told me to call the police and complain to other KTVs. I wanted to leave but they didn't give me the check-out fee. I left the hotel manager's phone number but he didn't answer. It's impossible to stay here. I took a taxi at 2am and moved to another place. I won't stay here again.
