Great hotel, near the bus station There are supermarket nearby and I'd self check-in and check-out the gym, you can walk to the convention center. The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs,and so more.

Need to improve the cleaning

Cockroaches,,, there are so many cockroaches, I dream about fighting cockroaches,, the fence of the bed on the second floor of the duplex is made of glass, it blocks the air conditioning wind and can't get in, it's very stuffy.

I've been here so many times and I've never had any trouble. It's very good. If you want to come, you can go ahead.

There is only a small sofa and a small round table when you enter, and there is no place to put your suitcase. The high-end water bar in the original picture is completely missing. I asked a woman to come back to eat, and there wasn’t even a decent table. It was quite inconvenient to eat! The bed upstairs was so narrow that the air conditioner couldn't blow to the upper floor, so it was hot and toasty when I slept! I will definitely not stay here again next time!

The room was temporarily reserved the day before the Canton Fair. You can open the door with the room password and the check-in process is very simple. The next day, we didn’t want to carry our suitcases to visit the Canton Fair. Since the apartment had no front desk, we couldn’t store our luggage, so we discussed with the customer service guy to temporarily store our luggage in the room. The guy was also very enthusiastic and kept it for us until we got back around 19:30. The room is very clean and it's very convenient to travel. It's only 2 minutes' taxi ride from the Canton Fair Complex, which is very convenient. I will give it a priority when I come back in the future.

The quilt on the bed was also very thin, and he immediately caught a cold and fever the next day. 😷😷 Also, our order showed that it was for four people, but there were only toiletries for two people in the room. Since it was already four or five in the morning when we came back, we didn't bother the front desk to deliver toothbrushes. The next day, we got up after one o'clock and contacted the front desk. I hung up on the WeChat call and the message was not returned. When I called the room service, no one answered. I called again later and no one answered. The waiter said that he would contact the guest room aunt, but after waiting for 20 minutes, he still got no reply. After calling again, the front desk told me that the aunt had not gone to work that early and could not brush my toothbrush. Note: He said it cannot be sent! ! ! 😅😅😅 Just when I was on the verge of getting angry, the waiter informed me on WeChat that Auntie had placed a spare toothbrush behind the full-length mirror at the door (you have to open the full-length mirror to see it. This spare toothbrush was not provided by the front desk. Don’t know if there is one). 😅😅😅There was no apology in the whole process. The room is not worth the price. As mentioned before, there are many apartments of different brands in the same building. The structure of the houses is the same. Another brand of the same room sells for 400/night, but this one sells for more than 600/night. The layout of the house is also not very reasonable. The bedside table on the second floor of the duplex often bumps into my hands when I get up. If you really can’t book a room, I don’t recommend booking here🙃
