Close to Guangzhou north station, clean and comfortable room. Need a mini-program to check-in, but the staff helped. Light switch system not intuitive, as always in hotels in China.

I have lived in Orange Hotel for several years. This one in Guangzhou is the worst. I am still scared and feel that my safety is not guaranteed. I was awakened by a strange noise at the door at around 1:00 in the middle of the night. I was so scared that I quickly put the 2 bedside tables in the room against the door. There were irregular beeping sounds for the next few minutes, ten minutes, and twenty minutes, which sounded a bit like the sound of entering a password. I called the front desk but there was no dial number on the landline. After finding the order, I found the hotel phone number. The front desk said to wait for 5 minutes to come and check. After 5 minutes, no one came, so I called again and they were on the way. When they came, they said they had some problems and closed the door forcefully once. She also heard the sound outside the door. I said that if it rang again, I would change rooms. I waited for a few minutes and there was no sound, so I left. After more than ten minutes, I was about to fall asleep and I couldn't hear the end. It rang again. I thought I should just endure it in the middle of the night. I would not hear it when I fell asleep. It kept ringing irregularly for a few minutes, ten minutes, or twenty minutes. I was really annoyed. I went to the front desk again. It was already past three o'clock when I changed the room. I endured it for several hours and was scared for several hours. The light switch in the room was designed by **. You can see what it means from the picture. Finally, I advise everyone not to stay in 903. The corner room is irregular. At the edge, there is a utility room in front of the right, and the door is open. There are no rooms next to it. I was scared with a child. I don't know if Room 3 on other floors is the same. Don't stay there. The gentleman who checked us in was a bit bullying to the lady and arranged the worst room for us. There were other similar rooms, but we were arranged in the worst one.

The room is very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the windows are ventilated, and there are no mosquitoes. I recommend it. The TV is large and can be projected. There is also a sofa to put things, and the toiletries are also complete.

The room was relatively clean and the service was friendly. It was still more than ten minutes away from the North Station. The room upgrade voucher I used didn't seem to be upgraded. Both of us were gold members and no extra breakfast was provided. It didn't matter because I was only staying for one night.

The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The hotel room was clean and tidy, but the room was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit. The air conditioner had to be turned on all the time. There were quite a lot of choices for breakfast. There were not many options for dinner around.

The service is average. I told the front desk to arrange a room not facing the road, but the front desk still arranged 3 rooms facing the road for us, so it was quite noisy.
