1st time travelling to Guangzhou and Stayed for 3D/2N. Speedy check-in, a little communication problem but manageable. Didn't know it's an "apartment" booking (could be my fault for not checking properly) but it's ok and don't expect too much compared to hotel.
Clean/ spacious and near to places of interest and food / restaurants (KFC / Dim Sum / Family Mart / Seven Eleven etc, need to venture around.
Travelling by Didi very convenient actual name of apartment is Land/Sea apartment.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very near metro. Walking distance to many nice eateries and shopping malls. The place is very clean, with daily housekeeping. Will stay again next time.

Good. The room is big and can suite 4 people to stay. Price also reasonable. Besides, receptionist is very helpful.

Basic amenities were there but it would be good to have extras like a razor, shower cap etc
Location was good, close to serval metro stations and Beijing road (~15-20 min walk)
Overall room was spacious and comfortable
Shower area had some stains but not that dirty

Location is okay although not the best to Beijing Road. The comfort of room just acceptable, anyway value for money.

Not easy to see the hotel from the road side but manage to find it after reading some online reviews. The taxi/DiDi will let you alight at roadside, where easily can see a Family Mart and KFC there. Go toward the alley in front of the KFC, there’s small Luckin Coffee store next to KFC, then you should see the Langshiyu signboard. Few staircases to reach the lobby so not friendly if travel with wheelchair but not an issue for most travelers. Sometimes inside the lift got the cigarette smell. Room is huge for a couple and no worry where to place your luggage. Booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. Overall a good stay here, the room is exactly same as the online pictures.

I booked this hotel for my family, who have stayed here twice now. The hotel’s location is very convenient for them, as it’s close to the transportation hub they use and near the homes of other relatives, making it easy for them to visit family.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring a washer-dryer and designed in a way that feels more like a serviced apartment. However, the soundproofing isn’t the best, and some noise from the street can be heard inside the room.
In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is generally good, though there were a few areas with dust and minor stains. That said, my family found it acceptable overall, especially given the affordable price and the convenience it offers for their needs.
