W Guangzhou Reviews

We arrived at the hotel around 15:00hrs , which is the usual time for check in, W hotel have 3 front desk and all are occupied. So we need to wait for 10 minutes.  The receptionist is articulate and very helpful, she even upgrade my room which surprised me a lot! It was my first time to stay at W Hotel.  The concierge helped me book a taxi the next day since I'm rushing to go to South Railway station.  Location is very convenient to all area.  Will definitely come back again!

Th place is easily accessible but the service was trash. The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and not willing to help in any way. Breakfast was nice and had enough options whereas dinner had limited options, very pricey, the chef didn’t pay attention to details on our order. I don’t eat pork and I ordered chicken they still gave me a meal with no chicken and tons of pork bits. The restaurant closes way early. I enjoyed having access to the amenities

The W Guangzhou was very comfortable. The lobby is beautiful. Although you can see the room is a little old, it is perfectly comfortable. Loved the bathroom I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am happy to stay here again in the future

Don’t expect to see any river view from the hotel and the check in experience wasn’t very pleasant as the receptionists weren’t helpful at all. Far below the standard of what I expect for a W hotel to be!

Check in it’s a bit messy. They don’t have the room that you booked ready for you. Breakfast was good though, food were fresh and lot of choices.

First time at W Guangzhou. Prompt check in and had a very nice stay. Nice room, bathtub, international breakfast. Also had a nice evening at Woobar with nice band. Kuddos to Alan, Clark and so many staffs that I did not manage to get their names. Definitely recommended to stay!

Breakfast was great! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful ! Spa and swimming pool are nice. nice service in the evening at the woo bar with singers who entertain.

Very nice hotel staff, the gym is great with the full set of Pilates equipment.

Nice hotel with lot of art installations in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, they have separate bathroom and restrooms, moreover they got cocktail shaker so you can do your own cocktail in the room. Also one of the best locations in Guangzhou, near to everything. I did expect the breakfast would be something spectacular like in W hotel Hong kong, but it was just a regular breakfast like in every hotel.

A little bit strange hotel, must be 5 star, but not really. Dark themes.

Perfect hotel in all aspects. The location is amazing and convenient, the hall and reception are gorgeous. Big thanks to hotel team for quick and great work. The room is amazing. Would totally recommend it for everyone who is looking for flawless holiday in Guangzhou :)

The room is clean, including beddings and the bathroom. Woo Bar is great with good performance singers
