We had an awesome time. To be honest, after I booked I read through others' reviews and wanted to cancel our bookings,but didn't and I am glad we didn't. The people were friendly even though they can't speak English they ry to help. Our stay at the hotel was great. The activities was cooooool we went on the boat ride my word lol we didn't know that we had to ask the didi to ride in after we got the tickets and we had to walk 2km before the ride,just a heads up if you don't have your own transport. Overall, we had a great time. Everyone was friendly. I would honestly go back again. The hotel smells nice and is clean. The food was good too. I can only speak well about this hotel as a foreigner. There was plenty of food to choose from.

The hotel was amayzing... we had great holiday. The service of the hotel stuff was exelent ,they didnt talk in English but they add me on Wecheat and help me in everything i ask. We travel with 7 years old and 2 years old and booth had good activities . Also around the hotel have alot of adventure for older kids and adoult that was supper fun and chalanging . We enjoy and defenntly we recoment for this hotel for familes with kids that are in different age.

The hotel is in a very nice location, but quite outdated. Housekeeping is actually only doing your bed, but not cleaning the Room. The Restaurant is an absolute disaster, advertising German Beerfestival , running out of beer before they close down. Breakfast buffet is just for Chinese Customers, besides bacon and egg nothing else for Foreigners. Overall we enjoyed our stay mainly due to the activities offered for young and old.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

Our favorite hot springs spot so far! Starting from the check-in, it was nice and fast, the staff were very helpful, we could contact them anytime through wechat if there was any questions, they help to call a car if you need also. Breakfast was as well great! A lot of different varieties of food, asian and western cuisine. A lot of different hot springs and swimming pool which can be a bit cold in the winter time. Seafood dinner was just amazing! Not only seafood, but beef, chicken and other different food! There is a tracking path 15 min away from the hotel, if you feel like you need adrenaline you definitely should do that 😄 Location is amazing, can walk around the area, views are amazing!

The location of the hotel is amazing, it’s in the middle of the nature. It’s spotless. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Zou Yingjiao took special care of us. She helped us like a personal assistant during our stay. The restaurant of the hotel serves excellent meals. The restaurant manager Winnie assisted us in person. She took special care of us. We loved the sea food buffet and the breakfast. Thanks to these wonderful people we had an amazing hot spring vacation. The room was very big and clean. We had a bathtub, a shower and a private hot spring pool. The bed was very comfortable. The house keeping team was very helpful they even brought us a heater. Our only disappointment was some of the hot spring pools were closed due to maintenance other than that everything was amazing.

The villa is fully equipped, with a modern and simple design style and a very comfortable environment. The courtyard pool, independent KTV room, mahjong room and tea room are also independent. There is a bonfire party on the lawn in the hotel at night, which is very lively and fun 🙂 The hotel's hot springs and water park are also great, and there is also an aerial park. They also gave away several tickets to nearby scenic spots. The butler service Huiqing and Meiqi were also in place in a timely manner.

Came to Dafengmen for rafting and chose to stay here. Although it is far away, it seems to have more fun. After all, it is a family group. We took a car for more than 2 hours to check in. P1-p4 are the facilities downstairs of the main building. Children love to play. P5 is one of the shuttle bus models. P6-p9 are the rooms. They are too disgusting to take pictures. P10-p11 is the Dipola Park on a cloudy day and about to rain. P12-13 is the water park at night. P14 is a small buffet breakfast. P15-p16 is the equestrian experience. P17-p20 is the second floor of the hot spring area entrance and the supply station on the road. Service: I personally think that the service here is divided into three groups. Front desk < shuttle bus group, dining area < hot spring area. Front desk: The main feature is a squeezing toothpaste-style answer to questions. There is no guidance. Guests just see what others have and follow what they do. Everyone understands that they have this right or use it, including but not limited to the "use" of the shuttle bus. I asked the online butler to ask questions directly, but the butler didn't reply immediately, so if you have questions, you should learn to ask around, don't just rely on the hotel staff. Later, it said that there would be a small gift for check-out, but it didn't appear. Haha, I really can't trust reviews too much. Shuttle bus: The drivers are all very good and respond quickly. After receiving the call for needs, they will immediately go downstairs of the villa to receive you and respond to the needs politely. Breakfast: I had a buffet breakfast here. The front desk of the dining area didn't say anything and just put a sign in front of people, and didn't say what it was for... Because not everyone had it at a glance, so I just put it randomly. Later, I asked the lady who cleaned the tableware and found out that our Ctrip customers would get pudding when they ate. Okay, I missed a small gift. There are many people for breakfast, but not many types. More people choose freshly cooked noodles and there are long queues. Others include fried food, salad, bread, drinks, fried noodles, porridge, fruit, etc. Hot spring area: The staff here really say hello when they meet, and people will respond unconsciously. In addition, the rest area will take the initiative to pour water for you, guide you where to get towels, etc. There is a sense of unfamiliarity of "last light", which feels like the real courtesy. There is also a second floor in the hot spring area where you can rest. It is quite large, with large sofa chairs? It includes a spa area and you can have a snack. I recommend the bamboo rice, which tastes good. Environment and hygiene: Mainly talk about the place to stay. I also want to come to the hotel and use money to upgrade the room so that my family can live more comfortably. The front desk told me that I couldn't upgrade. There is no room in the main building... It seems that it is really popular? I live in the first phase of the villa area, which is about 2-3 floors per building, and 3-4 rooms on each floor? It is indeed very moldy as the comments say... Maybe it has been quite a long time, including the cabinet where the balcony door and toilet door are placed for cups. Even the chain at the door is broken and can't be fastened at all. The sense of security is 0, and the sound insulation is not good. If you are assigned to the same building as other people, you will almost have no sleep. And the exhaust fan in the toilet has no fan blades and the blackout curtains are all moldy. How disgusting... Taking a shower is completely naked, and the toilets on the upper and lower floors will really discharge odors to each other... The toilet must be pressed to the bottom, and the water is not very strong. The pool in the backyard of the villa is not open and has accumulated grass. Facilities: Let's talk about the recreational facilities. In one sentence, entering the hot spring area = having everything. Forest hot springs, indoor swimming pools (the one behind the hotel lobby), sky park, jungle crossing, and water park are all in it. You use the room card to enter, one card per person, and you will be given a bracelet. The number displayed on the bracelet is the number of the locker, and there is a bathroom. In general, the hot spring pool of traditional Chinese medicine and the slide of the water park are worth praising, but the others are not suitable for big friends to play. 🥰In addition, I recommend the horse riding experience. The staff there are also very friendly, especially the horseman who leads the horse? It is very hard and hot, but the experience is also very good.
