great customer service. they let me check in early 12 noon and check out late 2pm. convenient location with lots of shopping nearby. clean amd quiet inside room. nice projector TV. big bathroom with full size mirror. would stay here again.

I was amazed and impressed by the amenities and location of the Fenk Attitude Hotel. Although in Apple Map and Google Map, it's pinned as Fengtaidu Hotel and it made a little disturbed to find the hotel and check-in in the middle of the night. Other than this, my overall experience in Fenk Attitude Hotel was fantastic and excellent. Thanks to Trip.com.

Positives:
Hotel was easy to find. Near to the Guangzhou railway station. Small shops located close by. Easy check in. Rooms have good layout and design. Has screen protector.
Negatives:
Rooms are small. There is not really a city view even though it says city view. All you see are the neighboring buildings that are close by. Rooms are not cleaned properly. My room was very dusty and a bit smelly. Bathroom had molds. Towels looked soiled. No hand soap provided.
The worst part is how dusty the rooms are and the molds in the bathroom.

Walking distance from shops with one newly opened establishment just across the hotel. Very close to Guangzhou train station.

Amazing place. I was very happy with my accommodation and felt very relaxed / peaceful in my room. I originally selected the location based on its proximity to the station near by, but would in hind-sight stay closer to the city center. Nonetheless I was very happy with my stay and would come again!
