The hotel is very close to the ski area. It’s just 5-8 mins walk, so it’s very convenient if the key activity is skiing. The room is clean but the only issue is the sound proofing is not good and so it’s a bit noisy esp at late night.

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

The hotel is very close to the indoor skiing place, about 5-10 minutes' walk. The amenities are new, and the rooms are clean.

We stayed at the Steigenberger Guangzhou for one night only due to the hotel we booked for our stay in Huadu District was fully booked as we decided last minute to stay an extra night. The hotel room were smaller than the previous one in which we stayed. But overall the staff were very nice and courteous, check in time is usually at 3pm. We arrive at the hotel around 12:30pm, think of storing our luggages in the hotel until check in. We didn't need to wait until then, the staff checked us in straight away, saying the rooms were ready. It was so nice of them. Had a lovely night at the hotel, apart from our balcony view was looking into the main entrance of the hotel courtyard. We were hoping for the back view like our previous hotel, which was beautifully lit up at night. Had a lovely surprise when we first checked into our room. Loved the welcome greeting that greeted us. Sorry that we didn't take much photos, can't upload much about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if visiting Huadu District in Guangzhou.

Stayed in the s. icon the first night and then this hotel the second. They are the same chain hotel but the quality of the room and cs is much friendlier and a better class in the s. Icon one. So I booked the third night back in s. Icon. The facilities are sure among all three hotels. The swimming pool are in the s. Icon and s. Hill and the kids playroom is in the s. Icon only. This hotel is good for it's price and just a nice bed to sleep. The pics are from my s. Icon hotel stay

We were lucky to have Vincy to greet us at the reception. She’s helpful and friendly. She kindly upgraded our room and we had a very pleasant stay. Nice room, nice breakfast! Good vibe!

The hotel is pretty nice. Room is small spacious

Nice, huge and a very clean hotel. Free parking straight to guests' rooms are very convenient especially on rainy days. A bit far from the CBD and didn't connect to the Metro system yet, but got a huge sports theme mall nearby. Very helpful staff, especially 小梁 at the front desk, she helped me all the way out from checking in, telling me where to park till I need the get my supper delivery order to my room, a huge huge thanks to her.

This is the second time I stayed here. We stayed here because going ski. The staffs here are all fantastically great. Super helpful. They even upgrade us to the lake side room. Everything u need included in the room. The fridge not cold enough. But the staff so nice will bring me bucket of ice every night. We stayed here for 4 nights. Highly recommended. Next time I might try their other two hotels. One small issue is they have a construction site outside It was here last Dec I came and it’s still here. It might have some noise at night and morning. Not non stop noise. But might have few big pound.
