The front desk staff are very professional, especially Butler Xu, who provides fast, warm and thoughtful service, making people feel at home. Every detail reflects the care and thoughtfulness of the apartment.

I live here again. The environment and sanitation are as good as before. There are many food nearby. It is not far from the subway station. Butler Wang and Butler Chen help with luggage and introduce places to visit nearby. It's great. I will stay here again when I come to Guangzhou in the future!!!

The price is high, the front desk service is good, the service response is very timely, and the management is good. The hotel is located in the Tianhe North Tianrun Road area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Huashi subway station and about 10 minutes to drive to the sports center. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and cafes around. The supporting facilities are relatively complete, and the cost-effectiveness is relatively high compared to the surrounding hotels. Unlike other hotels, the hotel rooms are equipped with washing machines and refrigerators. For business trips like us, it is definitely much better than staying in convenient hotels. Most hotels only have public laundry rooms. Yunjia Hotel has washing machines and a small refrigerator in each room. The apartment type booked this time is a duplex bed. Xiao Si at the front desk helped upgrade to a larger apartment type. The service attitude is good. Here I would like to praise the butlers Wang and Chen at the front desk. Because I couldn’t check out on time due to the meeting, the two butlers also helped to pack the luggage for free storage. Overall, it is worth recommending!
