Similar to service apartment. At first bedsheets were a bit old. They were ok to change the pillow cases damaged. Quite fast service. There are 3 lifts to go up. Many other service apartments operate in the building. All are similar priced. Shower a bit old. But hot water. Some rooms have better views of the river. Has a washing machine. Air conditioning works. Tv is not large. Has enough space inside. Might be noisy for some people when there is traffic you can hear the horning. Windows are definitely not sound proof. Quite thin. Some other service apartments or hotels have 24x7 reception more than one person. This one is probably not 24x7 but ok and friendly. Location is convenient above shopping centre and metro, but never used. Taxis are cheap. Close to many shops and restaurants which open late.

They tried to have much worse room then I booked. Tried many times. At the end I could get a better room but could not get the one I reserved.

I am extremely, deeply disappointed! The apartment is located in a building that is a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The room itself is incredibly basic and unsanitary, with a foul odor in the bathroom and hair on the bed sheets. I almost wanted to escape in the middle of the night. The rating was certainly fake.
