Service: Like 5 stars hotel - Staff are so friendly and helpful. They're willing to help answer questions asked by all means. Very impressive ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Location: If you're going to Shenzhen, the hotel is just 2 stop away from Guangzhou south railway station. However keep in mind that the high speed train 🚄 station is so far away from the hotel.
Amenities: Toothbrushes, and everything needed in room're well provided. They're 2 bottles of water in room, but the hotel provided plenty of bottle of water in the lobby to grab.
Nearby: Subway is about 5-10 minute walk. There's a local restaurant next to the hotel and a couple of mobile shops.

I was able to walk to the nearby train station to get around and there are good street food and restaurants to eat at if you are feeling lazy for the day. Didi to the different tourists attraction is affordable as well. Staff in the hotel were professional and the complimentary breakfast was decent.

Satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Located near metro station, eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. Love their breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. They provide almost everything we need. Hair dryer, weight scale, charger adapter, toiletries, mini bar, washer and dryer came with free detergent. The front staff helped us to order takeout through a local food delivery app, a robot delivered our foods to our doorstep. I love their separated shower and toilet. Coming from a southeast Asian country, i feel like the only downside is that their toilets dont have bidets. But overall, it was an amazing stay.

Considerable so so only not a wow customer service. However value the air conditioning works very good especially during summer. Only last day I know the fridge drinks are free - nice one!!
