從廣州開車到温泉進入停車場，停車場位置很多，只是幾輛車停放。按指引進入電梯間直接上到房間

很大，足有50-60平方，千凈衞生，熱水器是儲水式電加熱，故洗澡時兩人要分隔一小時。房間陽台
望出去是綠水青山，氧離子很足，晚上特別好睡。
房問的温泉池放水是由管家遙控，需要泡時電話通知管家放水，我們泡温泉池感覺也不錯。房間空調馬力也很足，感覺很涼快。日問我們出外遊玩時，啊姨進來搞衞生，清掉垃圾，補充礦泉水，我們感到滿意。維一不足的是附近沒有餐飲，早餐和吃飯
都要開車十分鐘去鎮上解決，另外就要停車場按次收費，最高二十元，感覺有些不夠方便。住這裏最大的好處是氧離子足，對解除疲勞，治病都有很多的好處。

訂的時候管家已經加微信，並且電話裏強調別墅有點舊，當時想的就是舊一點沒關係，能住能玩就好
結果廚房洗手盆漏水，一樓洗澡房花灑漏水，就是水都從管子裏出來，花灑沒有水，三樓沒有熱水洗澡，結果10個人，衹能在二樓的廁所裏排隊洗澡。
和管家説了漏水問題，找個人上來修了幾次，最終衹解決廚房問題，但洗澡房的問題沒有解決
管家説這次特意給我們升級的房間，非常感謝管家的“特殊升級”

這是我住過最差的一間酒店！！！！
1、第一天八點鐘左右，我太太打主鄺管家電話想問的酒店附近有沒有菜市場。鄺管家非常不耐煩説你找誰定的房間你就打誰的電話。這種態度非常讓我無語。
2、進到酒店的的所謂登記處。就是一個簡易的鋼架結構大棚。打開一個小小的窗口，讓人低頭探頭進去登記，一種強烈的污辱感。並且每輛車輛收費30一天，噁心！！！
3、進到房間，一種80年代的感覺撲面而來，房間的設施設備很破敗，裝修風格很久遠，房間衞生非常差，枕頭髮黴，浴巾估計有十年，有黑點，衞生間浴缸多處裂痕劃痕。
4、廚房燃氣不能用，溝通差不多一個小時才開通，唱Ktv不能唱，外面的室外的温泉不能使用。晚上在廣東放的熱水都不敢洗澡，這是種什麼概念？房間沒有熱水只有所謂的温水！
5、在還未到退房時間，保潔阿姨就直接沖進房間，迫不及待的告訴我們12點鐘必須退房！一種強烈的恥辱感！！！
6、付的是四星級的價格，住着漢庭酒店138元的感受。
7、其差無比。難以平憤！！！

非常好，安靜優雅。房間空間寬敞明亮，舒適透氣，裝修悠閑。環境靜、空氣好，房間還有温泉池，太驚喜了。可惜入住率低，一幢大樓好像只有1、2個房間亮燈，太靜了。
