Location is good near metro and shoe market. Police comes to check passport in the morning.

The negligence during check-in… The front desk knocked on my door on a beautiful Sunday morning and asked to verify my foreign passport. Is there no better solution? Why disturb the morning time… Second, the front desk did not inform that visitors are not allowed after 11pm… At the same time, even if there are visitors, they must register. This incident is abominable. Cannot function well all the plugs

The hotel was good, I saw many reviews about cockroaches and other insects about cleanness but maybe that was before. I saw that it was clean and ok as shown in the photo. The location is excellent and a master location. Metro, Bus, Cab, Restaurants, Shopping, Everything is within 10min walking distance. For Muslims, there is a 5-minute walking distance of Halal restaurants (Name: Radhuni China) and washrooms also have hand showers which is rare in any other hotels in China.
Problems:-
No one knows English.
Google Translate, even in the offline version, does not work. (Try i-translate instead)
No washroom or restroom in the reception area, Check-in time is after 2 PM, and all you can wait.
Credit cards do not work almost everywhere, Try to use Alipay by adding your card. Apple Pay does not work, Better if you withdraw cash from an ATM.
For Taxi use DiDi you will get half of the price then local taxi driver will ask for.
If you bring any parcel you need to find from ton of parcel, better to ask for the parcel photo before sending.

I just came to China and didn't have a Chinese phone number, so I need to ask the front desk for the password every day. With a Chinese phone number, it's very convenient!

I have to go if I have a chance. Although I'm very tired, I'm very happy.
End: Before the first choice, that's convenient.
Facilities: There is everything. The little sister is beautiful and nice. We arrived early and lent the studio to put things for us.
Hygiene: It's very clean and makes me feel at home.
Environment: The transportation is very convenient. You can walk to the hotel in 5 minutes (less than). It is convenient to go anywhere, especially the Korean barbecue area. You can get there by bicycle. It is the first choice for the barbecue area.

I would definitely will come back and stay in this hotel. Affordable price and close to the metro station. Close to many business centre. Very convenient.

I stay 3 days in this hotel. They have clean room, bath with body wash, toothbrush, shampoo etc. Wifi service is also very fast. Their staff was very cooperative. I have good experience with this hotel. The biggest good thing is the metro station is very near.

Whenever we travel for Guangzhou, we choose this area and Yimi hotel is our first choice hotel, but this time, they asked too many questions while checking in, although we are frequently travelling and have good reputation in ctrip clients,
that main question was, why you come to Guangzhou,
it was not like, simple question, it was like, you don't need to come, why you came,
like a style,
secondly, if you asked that kind of question, you need to be polite, but Our Guangzhou hotel stafffs, oh my God, they mostly don't know what is, sweet.

It is a lot of business people so if for vacation I suggest look for some where else

The behaviour of most of receptionist of this hotel is not good. Also I have shared about the problems of my room. About the shower & AC are not working properly. I am here at Guangzhou till 20 November but I don’t find any reason to stay this hotel. I had plan to extended my booking period.

The hotel is not clean, I saw some hair on the pillows and the pillows are dirty. The walls are dirty. The hallway doesn’t smell good. The cars have outside are so noisy.

⚠️ Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel!
I had an awful experience here. When I arrived for check-in, they refused to give me a room, so I had to book again through Trip.com. Then the harassment began. They demanded my passport, invitation letter, Canton Fair badge, air tickets, and questioned why I was going to Shanghai—even though 40 minutes had already passed! They eventually said I needed to be verified by the immigration bureau, making me wait another 20 minutes until the police cleared me.
When I finally got the room, the washroom had no toilet paper, the sink tap and shower handles were broken, and no hand wash was provided. The front desk was unhelpful, and I couldn’t sleep at night because the pillows were too thin, and they refused to give me an extra one. On checkout, they didn’t return my deposit properly.
This place is overcrowded, and they don’t care for their guests. Think twice before booking here!
