My experience in this hotel was amazing. There are amazing heart warming people at the service front desk. They have daily clean ups and the room is clean with all the amenities needed. I have enjoyed my stay in this wonderful hotel. The services are good and friendly staff.

Smell not good and very small room

This is really nice hotel, convenient walk distance to famous Desi restaurants. Staff is little bit in hurry always, little bit rude and aggressive but over all, it's acceptable.

Location is great ,a lot of markets around and very near to xicun metro station and Guangzhou railway station.
But is dirty hotel ,no heater ,no hot water,dry toothpaste ,I made online booking they have all my information why the registration is so long the girl check my passport even immigration agent don't do that,why because i am black?
The rooms are in the top floor,you take lift to 6 floor then take Stairs to 7 seven floor the environment of the seven floor is disgusting ,you can see pictures of seven floor from the lift the room even 6 seven Infront of the lift very dirty and very bad smile.
They can say ,you take discount room,in BiShengHotel I take discount room but there all rooms are same, only discount room is more smaller .

The ceiling of my room was licking. The housekeeper opened the door of my room while I was changing clothes. This happened two times in one day. Beside that, the hotel overall was clean and in a good location.

The stay was lovely. The location was very close to the train station (Guangzhou Railway Station), subway (Xicun/ Exit: B) and shopping malls (Kinbo Fashion Mall, Wholesale Shoes Markets). Halal Muslim foods also available near hotel.

When I book room photos are good but I got a small room and small bathroom and there is no Tv

Overall good experience but must need to focus on cleaning as the carpets in the corridors are very dirty and the toilet is not so clean.

Very disppointing. Got a special discount but it was not a discount.
Room was on the roof. An extra set of rooms on the roof. No lift up to there.
It s end december, the heating was not working. It was so cold. No warm water in the handbasin. Toilet was under the shower. It s advertised on ctrip for foreigners but dont have european toilet. Show only one picture.
Overall the hotel is not clean. My room was clean but having no heating in winter is just disrespect. I hope ctrip will compensate for this.
The location was good and the people at the reception were kind and fast.
I would not recommend this hotel for foreigners. The price seemed good but because no facilities.
Dangereous water boiler. Water didnt stop boiling unless u push the button off which was steaming hot water. The electrical cable was naked.
Ctrip still my favourite for booking hotels. Sometimes this can happen.
I dont like to give negative views but it would not bw just for all hotels who do remarquable job.

If you want to sit on the toilet, there are all toilets on the 3rd to 6th floors. The special room on the 7th floor is There is no heating, but there are dual-purpose air conditioners on the 3rd to 6th floors.

They say it's a special room , but it's situated on the 7 th floor without a lift, the showers are broken and the toilet is too small . Worst stay I have ever had in Guangzhou. Kindly upload what is real instead of fake pictures.
