The hotel design is very cozy and warm. This time we traveled with 2 children, one 3 years old and the other 8 months old. The service of the staff was very good and enthusiastic. Knowing that we would bring our babies and have more luggage, they took the initiative to help with the luggage after we parked our car at the Princess Hotel. They asked us in advance whether we needed hot water and milk for the babies, and prepared cribs and children's supplies for the children. This is my first time staying at Aranya. The hotel is located in the Aranya community and is close to restaurants and the riverside market. There are no cars in the community, so children can run around without worry and take a walk happily. I particularly like the hotel's 2-bedroom, 1-living room room type, which is very convenient for family travel.

好看的照片網上有很多，我就不發了！做為常去北戴河阿那亞Yin的我們，對廣州阿那亞貴酒店也是滿心期待！攜寵出行，我們養寵人感恩每一個寵物友好場所，珍惜每一家允許攜寵入住的酒店。對房間的愛護我們甚至比自己還精細。
實話實説，不論是環境 設施 包括入住是房間的衞生我們都很滿意（有入住自己擦一遍地板的習慣，這個房間的地很乾凈）
但是每天的房間打掃，真的很讓我不滿！第一天：臟衣簍用過的浴品全部原方不動堆在那裡！第二天：我們中午離開房間時告訴前台打掃，四個小時後回到房間，發現床連鋪都沒譜、當時我們都還以為沒有來打掃，洗澡浴室也完全無清理！説真的都沒普通家庭阿姨打掃的利索！太大跌眼鏡了！！！不説我們小狗每衹都付了200清潔費一共600。尿墊寵物用品全部我們自帶的，啥都不給提供！咱就是説，連人類客人最基礎的打掃都沒打掃明白，我請問吶！？這對嗎

很舒適的環境，像躲避城市喧囂的仙境。
設施：完備，戴森吹風機，帕爾瑪之水的香皂，水温恆定。
衞生：很乾凈。
環境：空氣很好，整體是歐式風格的建築羣，娛樂設施也很完備。
服務：蠻不錯的，有點小插曲，前台給換了房間還送了創可貼，很細心。總體來説是不錯的體驗。
