The hotel staff (Sana) is very helpfull. Her English language is very nice and she gave free breakfast coupon for us. During my stay if I need anything I can contact her using wechat and she will reply and offers help. Very recommended hotel. The Room is clean and spacious, Breakfast is good, many variation, near shopping mall.

The room was clean and big. Xiaomin was very helpful with my check in process. The hotel is very near to the metro station exit and it is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. I will recommend it.

Good location with 1 min walk to Shipaiqiao Metro
station. All the malls (Zhengjia / Parc Central etc) is just 5 mins walk away. 时尚天河 is also arcoss the street where you get the clothing shops,food,escape room all at one place.

The key selling point of this hotel is its location, just 80m to Shipaiqiao Station. Besides, there are many food options around the hotel vicinity. Shops shops are around the hotel. If you are a group of 4, it is easier to book Didi taxi instead of taking the metro. Service staff are generally friendly, but Xiao Chen went the extra mile to provide personal service like where to eat and shop. The cleaning standards of the hotel rooms are inconsistent. Without floor mat, didn't make the bed, didn't clean the dirty cups. It is a tussle taking a lift in the morning. Waiting time can be 10 to 15 minutes wait. Breakfast selection is acceptable. Oh yeah, free coffee and tea at the lobby 24 hours.. Despite some shortcomings, I will choose this hotel again due to its location.

Very pleasant stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially the staff name 小怡 (Xiao Yi). Location was perfect. Property was clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast also good. But there is only one issue is the elevators is not enough. But overall, I'm happy and will definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at this hotel, very cozy and nice. Shower pressure was the best we’ve had at any hotel. Plus so many nice food places around and right next to 4 big shopping centers. Very convenient to get around. 小赖 was super helpful throughout our stay, 10/10 service! Thank you 👍🏻

Strategic location in Tianhe district a few steps from the Shipaiqiao metro station. Take exit A or B from the station. Guangdong East train station, ZhujiangNewTown(City Center, bussiness district) and the Guangdong tower just a few stops. Pleasant room, comfy beds, small extras = eg: electronic curtains, robot server bringing you food or an A/C adapter. The room had a very strong shower. You are basically surrounded by restaurants and Malls, so whatever you need it will take a few minutes. Highly recommended!
