Newly renovated hotel located near Grandview mall, Parc central. Plenty of restaraunts nearby. Free coffee every morning.

Cons: It’s quite a long walk from the popular malls although it’s within Tian He. The hotel is located at a small industrial alley, above a delivery hub, hence could be noisy at times.
There was renovation throughout my stay hence constant noise. I would suggest hotel to indicate that in the listing so that travellers who want a good rest can avoid. The toilet was clogged on my 2nd day & we had to change to 2nd room.
Overall hotel is very small without a proper lobby or common area. They encourage guests to rate 5 stars review to extend check out time.
Pros:
Overall still happy with the room. It’s new and not too small and aesthetic. Also quite pleasant customer service team who looks after our luggage (tho no enhanced security) and able to attend to our requests timely.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and conveniently located. Staff member number 08 was fantastic, extending my checkout to 3 PM for free. Highly recommend for excellent service!
