Location: First time in Guangzhou for business. I was referred to stay here because of the location. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. Hotel: Although is not a new hotel, it looks like it was remodeled. It's clean and the beds are great. Good deal for what it is. Staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me. Two staff members to be exact was Susan and M. They both deserve 5 Stars. Can't thank them enough.

Warm and outstanding services. Rooms are very clean. Convience to dinning. Danie and HaHa are very warm to customers.

The hotel is very nice. It provides afternoon tea and evening tea. Location is good. You can see the river and Guangzhou tower.

Very good service although it was still under going renovation. Breakfast was quite yummy. The view from room was outstanding. Near the river and was a very comfortable bed!

The hotel and the view were honestly lovely. The staff was super friendly and eager to help - we wanted to book a night cruise and not only did they help us set it up, but they walked us to the dock to make sure we ended up where we needed to be! The room itself was clean and high tech - almost too high tech though. In trying to turn on the lights we ended up calling housekeeping on accident. We had late check out and didn’t have to checkout until 2 pm but housekeeping came to clean the room for regular check out at about 12 so that was an awkward moment for sure. The shower water also didn’t get very hot - even after letting it run for a few minutes. That was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was alright - naturally more geared towards an Eastern pallet, but we were able to find things we liked.
