Excellent staff at reception in helping to give travel information including of special person whom I believe is a security person who is a little senor in age but have excellent knowledge of local travel including bus stations . The hotel is very clean and quiet with basic amenities , a little walk to metro station of 500 metres with excellent food at station such as rooster goose , wanton noddles ,rice porridge and excellent claypot ....My appreciation to the staff.

this hotel is not convenient for me as other hotels. it is tucked in back of a neighborhood. there are not much eateries nearby. and no bus stop or metro nearby. it is easy to hail down a taxi on the street.
I was disappointed that the reviews were not accurate as I usually book according to reviews. I was disappointed by the location.
the front desk service was good. no complaints there. the room was not too bad.
I was mainly disappointed by location but everything else was not bad.

Brand new hotel inside house complex with complete amenities. Their service is quite good too, when checked out, Xiaojun help is to order didi taxi, very helpful. We stayed there for two nites, outsides complex hv many stalls selling breakfast, fruits even foot massage store😆
There’s a mrt station 5mins walk (line5) Xicun station, so quite convenient.

Clean and polite staff, near the metro station (5th and 8th lines). There is also an Arabic cuisine restaurant Otantik, Baladi and others nearby.
