I totally enjoyed my stay in the Ascott service apt. the rooms are exactly like you see them on photos. hotel is brand new, everything is super clean. There was always somebody with decent level of English, which was a great help. my personal downside was that the swimming is not open yet, and I particularly wanted to enjoy the pool and the view...can't wait for it to open! photos attached are the view from lounge on 24th floor

One word : AMAZING 🫶 probably one of the best hotel/service apt we’ve ever stayed in. The room was very comfy and the appliances worked really well. But i have to give it up to the staffs, they’re all amazing. The bellboys, the front desks, even the housekeeping were incredibly nice and very attentive. Thank you to our front desk Amy, who has really helped us throughout everything, such a wonderful person! Amy, Ryan, all of the front desk are very helpful! It was lovely to meet you all!! The bellboys are also very attentive, they even helped us to call our taxi that stopped pretty far from where we were supposed to be picked up! We really appreciate it. The houskeepers are also very thoughtful, they came to our room to ask if there was anything that we needed more and gave us many amenities! Thank you to the 阿姨s!! We would definitely comeback in the future!! We would definitely give you guys 6 stars if we could 😉 Much love from 1506!

My family and I so much enjoyed the stay that we decided to add one more day! Travelled with a 6months old baby and everything went smooth. A big shout out to Ryan and his coworkers! Will definitely come back!

The room is large and the facilities are generally good. Rich breakfast. The top-floor passenger rest area has a beautiful view!

The room is clean and the service is warm and thoughtful. From the reception, lobby, to the room service, they are all great. It is convenient to the Guangzhou Tower and the riverside. There are few living facilities downstairs. It is still relatively quiet at night. A good choice

First of all, the parking spaces in the parking lot are super narrow as shown in the picture. I don't know if the designer is smart. Secondly, the curve under the second underground is super narrow, so don't go down. However, the few parking spaces on the first underground are all locked. Also, because the room is newly opened, it still has a strong smell, so you have to turn on the air conditioner for the air to flow, and the air conditioner is super loud.

I have never stayed in such a high-quality hotel in all my business trips over the years. The rooms and services are both excellent. The ladies at the front desk, Vincy, Hailey and Teresa, were very nice and could communicate with me in Cantonese, which made me feel very cordial. Will definitely stay again next time! PS. Thanks for the little gift!

Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Comfortable and warm Service: Warm and thoughtful I especially praise the guy in the lobby. He heard my husband say it was hot outside and we had to take a taxi at the lobby door, so he opened the lobby door to let the air conditioner blow out. I give this detail 100+ points. There is also a guy in the rest and entertainment area. In order to meet our needs, he delayed his get off work and waited until we had enough fun before closing the door and leaving get off work! He also explained the various facilities of the hotel to us! This is very good! Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will specify Ascott!

Two bedrooms and one living room, very convenient for bringing babies and parents

After watching the Ascott building being built, I found out that it was open for business and came to experience it immediately. I have always liked the Ascott brand. Great value for money. satisfy: 1. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and have good service attitude; 2. The hotel facilities are complete and the washing machine is very efficient. The speakers and air purifiers are all from Philips, and the bathrooms are from TOTO; 3. The decoration is of strong texture and the design is warm and does not give you a business-like feel like a hotel; 4. There are quite a lot of categories in the morning. To be improved: 1. The front desk may take a long time to check in due to the new hotel and new equipment; 2. In new hotels, there is still a strong smell. It is recommended to turn on the air conditioner and open windows for ventilation (we ventilate the room like this two hours before going to bed, and there is no smell when we sleep); 3. The equipment needs to be carefully checked. There is no shower gel in the bathroom and no slippers in the room. (The hotel staff delivered it quickly after communication) 4. The breakfast offerings in Guangzhou, the gourmet capital, still need to be slightly improved. 5. Hygiene details need to be followed up. The bathtub still has dust from the renovation. There is water in the oil collector cover of the kitchen range hood and it drips onto the induction cooker. This is really bad. 6. The traffic lines in the parking lot are unreasonable, and even a ten-year-old driver cannot turn around in one go. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will stay here again in the future.

The equipment is new and only superficial. There are a lot of service staff for dining in the lobby. Running a hotel is not about these. The basic training of cleaning is very poor.

The view is unbeatable, the room couldn't be newer, the facilities couldn't be more complete, I will come again next time. Auntie Wang in the rest and entertainment room has such a good service attitude. If I were abroad, I would definitely give her a tip. I left China for several days before I remembered that I must give the hotel a good review for Auntie! The only negative review: I invited so many Internet celebrities to take photos of the swimming pool view, but after checking in, I found that the swimming pool was under maintenance. I was speechless.
