Room is tiny as expected of a hotel in the city, but clean. Smoke from the corridor do enter the room so be prepared. Corridor smell like smoke too. Staff is helpful to keep a package that I forgot to bring home and I could return to collect it. Thanks v much!

The staff were all very polite. Whenever we encountered any issues, they were very patient in explaining things, making us feel very welcome. In particular, the receptionist from Guangxi was very courteous. The location is convenient, being close to the metro. Every employee we met had a great service attitude. The rooms were clean and tidy, offering great value for the price. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The receptionist Ms Ding is very friendly, staff are generally very friendly and warm. Room is very clean and spacious. Convenient location, very easy to order food and items as they have the robot assistant to send it directly to the room. Staff also offered late checkout at 3pm (original checkout time was 12pm), very kind and helpful of them to do so.

Highly recommended for thus hotel.The front desk ladies service is really good and the hotel room is very clean.Location wise us very convenient and near to MRT station.

My group, 5 families, have mix feelings of this hotel. We like : night shift staff Ms Liao. She is cheerful & helpful. We also it cleanliness , bed, toilet facilities..& AI “ siew du”. We dislike: the misleading hotel name and room description ( actual doesn’t match that of Trip .com website).

The room was clean and what I had expected, check in was fast and smooth and the front desk was friendly and helpful as well. The location is alright but a little awkward because it’s not very near Beijing road (the touristy street) but it’s not super far either. Walkable in the winter months but during this time of the year, walking there is unbearable.
One thing that the room didn’t have was a chair and table so it was a little inconvenient to eat my takeout.
