Cleanliness, service and amenities all good. Location is situated within 4 metro stations and it's about 15 minutes walk. The dimsum restaurant downstairs is not the cheapest but offers very good value and service

Hotel room was Ok for a room without window. The “gym” consisted of two treadmills in a 10sqm room. But that’s all OK.
The real issue started when I needed a Fapiao for this trip. The person in charge named 看海且听风 pretended I didn’t make payments and asked for a money transfer. When I sent the payment docs, he started to show really bad attitude. The problem is not solved until now.
I do not recommend this hotel for this sole reason. I demand management to get into touch with me.

Convenient location, downstairs has a bar and drink shop, good for midnight chats. Near many local eateries.
Clean and nice staff but may be loud since there are only 3 floors.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for dinner and supper options. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, providing great service. Although the breakfast could offer more variety, it is still acceptable. The room is spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. Overall, a good experience!

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, and the overall experience was great! First of all, the hotel's design style is simple and elegant, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. I especially like their details, such as tea sets, aromatherapy and smart devices, which make people feel the caring service.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with convenient transportation around, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which can meet all life needs. The staff is friendly and thoughtful, and check-in and check-out are very smooth.
