The hotel name could not be found from the exterior. They actually share the front desk with other hotels. The hygiene was not good either. There were a lot of long hairs on the floor. I wonder if the previous guests did not clean the room. The soundproofing was also very poor. There was a chess and card room downstairs and I was woken up many times at night.

The room is relatively spacious and has a balcony. There is a washing machine and kitchenware for cooking on the balcony. The indoor facilities are complete, relatively clean and tidy! Toiletries and bath water are also very good! The hotel's service is the best! Environment: The location is at a crossroads, which is very convenient. The "Jiu Biao" sign of the hotel outside is not clear. I only see the name "Lavande Hotel". If I hadn't called the front desk, I wouldn't have known the entrance to the JM Hotel.

It is said to be newly opened in 2023, but it is very dirty. Except for the good service, other things are not good, especially the bathroom. The shampoo is still used by others and has not been replaced. The cleaning is just a perfunctory cleaning. This is not acceptable.

The stay was OK. In a word, the wifi of the hotel that costs nearly 200 yuan was disconnected every five minutes. It's 2024 and there are still hotels that can't get wireless to work. I had to use the network to persuade them not to come. They said they couldn't fix it even after I gave feedback.

The hotel room environment is very good, the room is clean and sanitary, the hotel room is also equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and a balcony. The service of the beautiful women at the front desk is very enthusiastic and very good.

Except for being dirty and having no internet, everything else is ok!
