房東人很好，有求必應。房間環境優美，設施齊全。體驗感很好。是一次很棒的住宿體驗。如果人多真的很熱鬧，住的很開心。不過建議給空調裝擋風板，因為卧室空調對着頭吹有點冷，但是下半身又很熱，怎麼調都不合適。卧室窗簾加個遮光佈會更好。

缺點：熱水流量稍弱（可以改進哈）
總體感覺90分

周邊環境優越 離地鐵站、綠化廣場、商場很近 交通便捷
曾經在這裏上大學 還是一片荒蕪
