Hotel is well located, has only one floor, with many rooms without window. Cleaning is ok, and the room is very big, the bed is comfortable and also has a nice bathroom with a nice shower and well-equipped. Smart TV is provided, but with everything in Chinese, is not easy to know how to operate. The same situation happens with the air conditioning controller. You have to try most of the buttons to find what you need.

There are cockroaches in the room! There are cockroaches! When the staff came, they took a piece of paper from the room and calmly took away the cockroaches and allowed me to continue staying? The service attitude was poor and I was asked to go to the front desk if I needed anything. The front desk said that the hotel is next to a restaurant. Is it normal to have cockroaches? Finally, they moved me to a different room. I had to check every corner when I entered the door. The physical examination for accommodation was extremely poor!
