✨[進入房間第一眼]一室一廳一廚一衞！格局不錯，床正對着投影所以看電影很舒服！直接看了兩三部電影。
🙋[對於房東，我想説]很耐心，如果有問題打電話會立刻回覆。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]升級套房了，有廳有桌子沙發，空間很綽綽有餘，三個人躺着其實一張床都夠。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]附近地鐵不算近，但一整天都在酒店裡啦！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]投影調整好之後很有感覺，空調稍微有點猛，記得不要調太高。各設施都很不錯，點外賣也很方便，甚至可以考慮常住！很舒服。

幫了家人訂的3個房間，房間可以，周邊吃飯娛樂也方便，唯獨停車收費一台車一天收費58元，價格348，398也不包早餐，勝價比不高。

環境不錯。乾淨清爽，旁邊有合生廣場和萬達廣場兩個大廣場。方便。就是離地鐵站有點遠1.3公里，走路太累，每次出行都打車去地鐵站，樓下倒是好像有個公交站。不過能去的地方有限，整體還是好評，滿分5分的話可以評4.8分

房間面積很大，建麪應該有90平，且户型很贊😎兩房兩個衞生間，家庭入住或結伴旅行都非常方便。主卧面積大，衞生打掃的也比較乾淨。雖然主設施不是很新（廚櫃、洗衣機、衞生間）但整體都還好，價格也非常合適。桌椅、床、沙發豆比較新，應該是後面添置的。客廳、兩個卧室都有空調，剛好趕上廣州下雨降温的幾天，有空調可太重要了。公寓前面是萬達商業廣場，後面是合生商業廣場，吃飯購物都非常方便。如果説一定有些瑕疵，就是離公交站、地鐵站比較遠，出行如果都是打車影響不大。這個價格非常驚喜的住宿條件。已經推薦給朋友啦：）
