前台小姐姐挺温柔的服務好挺好，衞生做的也很乾凈，需要東西的時候打電話到總枱服務員一下子就送過來了，夠速度！美中不足的是朝馬路太吵了，房間裏也沒找到有耳塞，窗簾也閉不緊，還是很亮，比較晚才到酒店入住，第二天一大早就被吵醒了

酒店就在廣東工業大學旁邊。對面街有條步行街和小吃街，還有商場和超市，環境也挺不錯的，入住的時候小姐姐小李都貼心詢問我們的要求，我們不吸煙，所以給我們安排了無煙樓層，房間乾淨舒適，而且還有停車場～住客是免費提供的，值得推薦

除了付款截圖，這是人家如家的酒店環境，看看人家的服務態度，在看看你們自己的服務態度？？看看人家如家的洗衣房直接免費，這個昊昕洗衣房，要自己主動問客服要優惠券，才能免費洗衣服，當天晚上辦入住時還特意問了前台，洗衣是不是免費，她也不提醒一下，要發優惠劵才能免費，辦入住時叫前台多拿一張房卡，前台説衹有一張，不能多給，今天我來如家，人家前台二話不説多給了一張，辦理入住時，前台幫忙升級了房型，我還問了，能原房續住嗎?説可以，今天續住前台説要換房，我説昨天都説可以，我説退房吧！然後我去收拾禮行，讓我換個平台下單，讓我原房續住，搞的我非住他們酒店不可，本來環境就一般般，服務態度還不好，采坑一次就夠了，為啥不能打0分，

酒店附近交通方便，距離地鐵站走路十分鐘左右，廣交會期間含車接送特方便。前台小鄭服務員態度超級熱情體貼，很是不錯辦理入住也是很快啦！
另外，其他服務員小哥哥小姐姐也都非常nice，都很積極幫我解決問題，這次入住體驗感很好，會推薦別人的哈～～

過來考試，前台兩位小姐妹的服務很周到很不錯，考試期間房價是平時的兩倍，給升級了房間和送早餐。但酒店的床是住過同價位裏最硬的，衞生也還得跟上。
