Except the TV, everything is quite nice but that only. The bed is good.

Very good service from the front desk. Room was spacious and simple, completed with a fridge. Room was clean and soundproofing is decent. Location is within a 10mins walking distance on Line 2 metro station and a bus stop is nearby. You could use the laundry machine at the 9th floor for a small fee. We were able to send some parcels ahead of our stay and the front desk was happy to receive it for us.

Overall location, cleanliness and staff service are good. Comes with parcel pickup and delivery services. Also AI robot food delivery.

I regularly choose this hotel for my business trips when purchasing wedding dresses and fabric materials. Its proximity to my preferred fabric store makes it an excellent choice for my professional needs. However, it's a slight inconvenience that restaurants, mini-markets, and the metro station require a 10-15 minute walk.
What truly stands out to me is the noticeable improvement in service with each visit. The latest stay showcased a commendable advancement in staff training by the management. The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Kudos to the management team for their excellent work in enhancing guest experience! 👍

Nice and comfortable place, clean room, polite personnel. Location-wise, not very convenient, had to carry heavy luggage up and down the high stairs to cross the bridge to get to the location from metro station.

- Location was great and at prime
- Room was smaller than expected, but all is good
- Has hotel robot for sending food/drinks/items to room
- Receptionist/front desk was friendly
- Daily room cleaning always forgot to replace/refill conditioner, but all was good when we requested from the front desk.
