Good place, clean. A bit small, but very good. Recommended. Super close to the fair, 1 block.

The guy and girl at the front desk were very nice. They helped to upgrade the twin beds. The room was pretty good too. There was a TV to watch. The bathroom was clean and separated into wet and dry areas. The mirror had a lighting function, so it was quite convenient to put on makeup. There was breakfast, but the price was too high. I didn’t come here and didn’t eat. The hotel lobby is quite big and there are books to read. If you want to check out and call a taxi, you can sit there and wait for a while 😉 I didn’t take any pictures, I stole them from the hotel’s homepage photo album, it’s almost the same as the actual one🤗

The environment is very good, there are many parks nearby; the facilities are quite new, but the blinds in the bathroom are a bit broken. There is nothing to eat nearby, there is only a convenience store and a beef hotpot, which is suitable for families and children to come here for a vacation😂

I went to an apartment hotel with my friends. The room was quite large, clean and sanitary. It was very cozy and had a view of the river. It was located on the edge of the Pearl River. You can reach the riverside in just two minutes' walk. The stay was a great experience! There are refrigerators, microwaves and washing machines. The facilities are very complete and the transportation is convenient. It is 900 meters away from the subway.

There have been no exhibitions recently, so the price and location are really great value. The 100-square-meter large suite comes with two sinks, a cloakroom and a dressing table, two 1.8-meter large beds, and a kitchen and refrigerator. It was said that all facilities were available and the stay was very, very comfortable. I originally booked the hotel for two days and then decided to add another day. The only thing that didn't feel good was that I came back very late from Chimelong one night. There was no drinking water in the room and it was inconvenient to go downstairs to buy it. I called the front desk to see if it was delivered to me. They were told that two bottles were provided as standard per day. I can understand the apartment. There is a cost to operate this, but just two bottles of water doesn’t feel good. I hope the business can improve it!

I booked 2 business rooms for a total of 6 nights. For the first 3 nights, we were unable to arrange an upgrade because the rooms were full. However, for the last 3 nights, we were upgraded to a larger executive room. Special praise should be given to the front desk clerk, Ms. Amy Wang. Her service is very good, very helpful, and her attitude is cordial, cordial, and worthy of praise. The hotel is very new and the public area is bright and clean. Only the facilities are lacking. There is only one restaurant and no executive lounge. Strictly speaking, it can only be a business hotel. The location is quite convenient. It takes 6-7 minutes to walk to Wanshengwei Station (the nearest exit A - Wansheng Plaza). It takes 5 minutes to walk. There is a tram to Pazhou Tower across the opposite road and you can take a straight line there. Canton Tower (20 minutes by car), taxi fare to Tianhe District and other places is about RMB 30, very convenient. There is Wansheng Plaza nearby, but there are few shops and restaurants. There is a relatively large square (Poly Plaza) across the road with many restaurants and shops to choose from. There are also Starbucks, 7-11, Mc Donald and some small restaurants near the hotel. All in all, the hotels are not too remote and quiet. I previously stayed in a business room on the 22nd floor [see pictures 6, 7, and 8]. Although the room was relatively small, the view was average [see picture 8]. But the floor cleaning housekeeping staff cleaned the room very cleanly and did a good job. But then I was upgraded to an executive room on the 18th floor [see picture 9-16]. On the contrary, the housekeepers who took care of the rooms on this floor were careless and casual. Every time I come back, it feels like it has not been cleaned, the trash has just been taken out, the bed has not been made, the supplies have not been replenished, and the used towels have not been completely packed away and are still left on the ground [see the last two pictures]. Therefore, I feel that the executive room on the 18th floor is worse and not as clean and comfortable as the business room on the 22nd floor. The lighting equipment in the room is not easy to control and not user-friendly enough. There is no independent night light function. Fortunately, the bathroom has an automatic night light sensor function, so you don’t have to go to the bathroom in the dark in the middle of the night. In addition, the bathroom and shower room share a pair of sliding doors, so the doors are heavier and the privacy is less. It would be more ideal if you are a family or couple. Breakfast: ￥168 for adults, ￥68 for children. But it’s not rich and there aren’t many choices. Overall, at this price, this hotel is a cost-effective and good business hotel choice.

Not bad for the price. Some of the details noticed where that the bed looked unfinished when first entered the room and water on the shower stays in the floor around the toilet which makes it very inconvenient. The alley outside the hotel looks a little sketchy but besides that the location is ok, near canton tower and accesible. Receptionist was kind and could speak english which made it easier.

I happened to come here recently to participate in an exhibition. It was my first time staying here. The apartment is very close to the convention and exhibition center, more than one kilometer away. The apartment environment is quiet and quiet, clean and hygienic, and the service is warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel next time I come to participate in an exhibition.
