The service from entry with Alice was welcoming and great waiting hall, with special drinks and treats which is refreshing after hot days. The hotel is easy to locate through Wechat when you need to book for pick up services and also the hall is great where you can have your food delivered too. Hotel has a self laundry area on the 10/F perfect cause we had a family and two little toddlers, so many clothes, this was super useful. Breakfast had their options and the service of the staff there again super efficient and helpful. We would stay there is you had things to do at Chimelong, efficient within 20 mins ride. Everything else to the city took 45 mins to an hour. We would recommend this hotel cause there is a huge shopping mall with multiple food options within 30 mins walk.

The location near Guangzhou South is convenient. However, the flushing facility in the toilet is very noisy. The water is not hot enough for a shower, and the pressure of the showerhead needs improvement. Near shibi exit A. A short distance of 300m. Very near to Guangzhou nan station. However, it is very near and yet very far as it is difficult to walk across. So taking a Didi could be easier. Nearby there is another Victoria hotel too. Be careful when using didi. One stop from shibi station could try too. Hotel over clean. No smoking smell although smoking was permitted. Hotel seems more like a service apartment. Overall satisfactory.

Everything fine with hotel, the room is spacious, breakfast was ok. Location I think if you ride by taxi, the location is good, near from South Railway Station, also not far to Canton Fair Venue. But its quite far from the Guangzhou Airport hahaha Anyway, the hotel is good. Need some staff which can speaking english.
