The transportions are very convenience with 10 minutes walk to Shiqiao Metro Station, adjacent to Panyu Dadao and major tourist attractions in Panyu. The hotel is next to Panyu Zuanhui jewelry square and Yifa Shopping Street, it's ten minutes drive to Changlong Paradise, twenty minutes drive to Guangzhou South Railway Station/ Pazhou International Exhibition Center/Guangzhou CBD, one hour drive to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. There are 125 various rooms in the hotel, all rooms with modern decorations and supply boardband/WIFI/safebox/hair-dryer/television set and amenities etc. There are two restaurants and one bar in the hotel. One restaurant serve Cantonese Cuisine, the other one serve organic dimsum.

The front desk service needs to be improved. After placing the order online, it was raining heavily when I arrived and I had not yet checked in. I already stated that I would not be allowed to borrow an umbrella. At that time, I said that you can take a taxi with me if you come with me. The waiter looked unhappy in every way. So inhumane

Lavande Hotel is well-deserved by the hotel management of the big group. It is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is particularly good, especially the beautiful ladies at the front desk, who are polite, warm and thoughtful. This time I booked 2 deluxe double beds. Because I brought many children, they upgraded our room for free. I am particularly grateful to them. Next time I come to Guangzhou, I want to stay in this hotel again.

Treasure Hotel, but it is really difficult to find this place without driving. The room is really nice, large and clean. It is close to a park and far away from the busy city. It is really great for people like me who have difficulty sleeping. It is very quiet at night, like It's as peaceful as returning to my hometown in the countryside. There is a well in front of the hotel. The water is also very good for making tea. The only drawback may be the location. It is in the park and not difficult to find on the street.

Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. GGuest UserLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. The only minus - this is a really strange that in such nice and good hotel there is just one coffee machine in the breakfast - and it breaks all the time. To drink coffee it is a really problem.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really convenient. It's close to the metro, malls, and restaurants. The room I booked was fine. I knew it had no windows and was fine with that. But I was not happy with the sewer smell. It's silly to expect a bathroom to smell nice all the time but it really smelled so strongly of a sewer that the whole room smelled bad. There were also a lot of drain flies. Killing them was pointless because every day there were more.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
