It was a good experience staying in Shangrila Hotel in Namshan. The staff are polite and helpful especially the frontline staff, Julie Liu.
I would definitely recommend my friends to come and enjoy their holidays.

Everything is beyond my expectations, love the interiors & the room layout. The theme colour is perfect for the city like Shenzhen, tropical & refreshing. And the service is also great, which fits with the Shangri-La standard. I may choose here again for my next visit, and looking forward to explore more.

Thanks Nanshan Shangri-la for giving us a relaxing vacation. The hotel is super nice for photos. We have taken lots of beautiful photos.
The package includes a tea set which we enjoy very much! The waitresses are willing to help take pic for our families.
And we also enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi! Remember to bring a swimming cap with you, or you need to buy it for $90. There is also a open gym which you can enjoy n relax yourself!
Hotel is just 7 mins away from O’Plaza 歡樂海岸中心, our kids enjoy shopping n dining there. When we came back late n we order delivery at 11pm, the front desk help us to bring the food up to the hotel room. Their service is super👏🏻

much appreciated their services , from we stepped in the hotel staff fromm concierge, front desk, restaurants, wellness centers, gave us a warm hearted feelings. Especially their guest relation manager Allen Fu n front desk Rica Zhou, their politeness n helped very impressive. thank you so much they gave us a happy memories.
