The worst hotel in Mexico. Two reasons: 1. The hotel's standard room was booked two months in advance. As a result, the so-called double bed was found to be a large bed with a width of only 1.35 meters. Two adults slept, and it was difficult to turn over. The room is small and poor. After the negotiations with the front desk waiter, pay 2400 pesos (2 2 nights), changed 2 double rooms. The price is 704 yuan per room, which is equivalent to spending a suite price and living in a double room. 2. The taxi was delivered to Leon Airport the next morning through the hotel reception desk for the first day. The fee is 450 pesos. The next morning, I asked the front desk, the taxi reservation, the front desk clerk (not the waitress who ordered the car on the first day) told me that the fee was 550 pesos. I said that I had already set a taxi yesterday. I just want to know if the vehicle arrived on time, male. The waiter opened the notebook and confirmed the vehicle information. When the vehicle arrived at the hotel, shortly after the start, the driver said that the cost was 500 pesos. I said that when I booked the car yesterday, it was 450 pesos. The driver stopped talking, his face was filled with dissatisfaction, and he was silent all the way. I thought of the airport, gave 50 pesos, and made a whole. After arriving at the airport, the driver opened the trunk and then flashed to the side. I watched us unload the boxes one by one. I paid 450 pesos when I checked out. I praised the waitress at the front desk, answered all my questions enthusiastically, helped me with the boarding order, and helped me book the taxi for the next day. I was very enthusiastic and praised! Objectively speaking: the hotel hardware and environment are not bad, very satisfied with the breakfast.

my experiences from these hotels has been positive so far. this one stands out because i think the owners dont pay attention to it. the bathroom had no warm water or adequate water flow. it was spacious yes but i also wanted to bathe. the breakfast area is in the center of the establishment and only has natural light from the top which is 7 ? stories high. so if you have and early morning the area is not adequately lit. also the breakfast bouffet is lacking in choice. very few things offered. the bed excellent as always. for me 2 were the worst elements: i tried to talk to receptionist over the phone and he didnt speak english well and i found a cockroach in the restroom at the reception area. i know this is a hotel for short stay but isnt the goal of every hotel to have people converging no matter what?

It is an incredible place, of exceptional beauty. I had already met him before, however this weekend was the first time I stayed. After the reservation I read comments about the service (bordering on regular and bad) especially for the lack of hot water and uncomfortable beds, still decided to check it out for myself (and my friends) and I was fascinated. I will definitely return there. Neither my friends nor I had problems with the hot water in our rooms, or the lack of bath towels or dirty bath towels as I read in the comments, all rooms were clean, the only problem in the rooms that touched me, was the telephone that did not serve to call the reception, as for the food, well because the buffet although it is not so varied, is good and accessible price. The restaurant has an excellent view of the city, the chef and all the people who serve you are very friendly, without a doubt, a place to return.

The other reviews have said it mostly. Let me sum up. Location. Guanajuato has much of the city unaccessable by car/taxi. This hotel has parking, down it's back street on reservation. Some other hotels you might have to carry your bags some distance. As it was, I had to carry my bags a block at midnight, and then call to be let in. It is in the city center, on a park square, with most of the public buildings, monuments, etc. When you are walking a lot coming to a home base that is close is important. A hotel off the beatin path might be nice too. The Views. None of the reviews talked about the roof of the hotel. It has some nice views that are worth the stay alone. I asked for an upper floor room, thinking I might get one of those balconies by default. No dice, but sitting on the roof was plenty consolation for the two flights of stairs. Plus, it largely cut out the noise from the square. The hot tub was out of commission though. Convenience. This is a historic hotel. Small rooms, mexican tiled bathrooms, carved wood doors. If you decided to come to Guanajuato, why would you stay in a Hilton? The hotel has a hodge podge design, of convoluted stairs and additions, that resemble the towns construction, built up over centuries. It has a beautiful old world lobby. The staff were on the spot, and helpful with old school butler efficiency, answering all questions.

Excellent hotel in the center of the care not only in the center but if a few steps from the Alhondiga de Granadinas Mercado Hidalgo Callejón of the easy kiss to walk in the center area does not have parking but to the costs have two public parking and a commercial square

The hotel is in a hillside alley. We booked the most expensive suite. On the top of the building, there are three large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the scenery is invincible. The room is very spacious, with a king size bed, and clean. When I went downstairs, I glanced at the other rooms. They were relatively small and some had no windows. It feels worthwhile to spend money on painting. The breakfast is a small shed with a view. If you order the breakfast from the menu, it is quite delicious. When making a reservation, be sure to book the most expensive VIP room for 4 people.

Super recommend the Balcon del Cielo hotel, about 400 per person. The recommended reasons are as follows: 1. Excellent location: The hotel is located next to Pipila, the handicraft market and the upper and lower entrances of the cable car are at the door of the hotel. 2. The hotel presents a cable car up and down card. With the hotel room card, you can take the cable car for free without any queuing. The only thing you should pay attention to is that the cable car runs until 9 pm, and you need to take a taxi back to the hotel after 9 pm. It's not too expensive for around ten yuan. 3. The breakfast provided by the hotel is at Casa Valadez next to the Juarez Theater. It is said to be one of the most famous restaurants in Guanajuato. The restaurant is designed in a classic style and is very distinctive. There are two ways to use the complimentary breakfast card. One is to choose a fixed set meal, which includes a staple food, coffee, fruit salad or juice, and French bread. There is no charge in this way. The second is not to choose the set meal, the restaurant menu is arbitrarily selected, in this case the breakfast card presented by the hotel can be deducted 120 pesos. We came as a package for both days and it was pretty good, see photo  Need to improve: The sound insulation of the room is not very good. Note Don’t choose the hotel’s travel package! ! The location of the hotel is very convenient on the side of the Union Garden, next to the Juarez Theatre, most of which can be reached within 5 or 6 minutes on foot. The hotel service was very warm, and the hotel also presented a cake as it coincided with the anniversary. The room size is not too big, and the window is Union Square. In the night, Guanajuato is still relatively cool. The hot air of the hotel air conditioner is not very strong, and it can barely ensure that the room temperature does not drop. As it was about to leave at around 9:00, the hotel started at 9am, so the hotel prepared a breakfast basket, but unfortunately it was too simple, including only an apple, a glass of juice and a biscuit.
