The hotel and staff are superb! The staff is keen to details. The hotel is beautiful and elegant.
The only issue was the the very loud noise from their upstairs bar on Friday night until 2am.

It is so classy and the people working there were very gracious and concerned about all our needs. Beautiful room and beds, a drink upon entry, full breakfast in a lovely restaurant next door, get our taxi and knew them. It was a relaxing gorgeous spot in Guanajuato.

Location! Its the best place with elegance and class. I would definitely stay again and would come for Halloween and dia de los muertos.
Wonderful customer service from every staff member. From celeste at the front desk to angel who picked us up and cristian who often brought us water to our room. Not forgetting Noe who took us to san miguel de allende.
Did i mention breakfast was delicious?

It was a very special place to stay with friendly, helpful staff who gave us great personal attention. The hotel's lication is THE BEST - right on the lively square called Union with restaurants, music, lots of local flavor. 👌

Hotel was excellent, I would recommend to anyone this hotel. The room was very quiet at night and staff very helpful. Literally walk outside and your in the center of everything. Trust me you’ll love it.
