We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. Although it is in Hebei, it is very close to Beijing, and it only takes an hour to drive there. It is a hot spring resort hotel covering a large area, with a strong sense of design. The rooms are large, reasonably designed and comfortable, and you can also soak in the hot springs in the room. There are quite a lot of people on the seventh day of the Chinese New Year. The service staff at the front desk and the hot spring restaurant are very friendly. The flavor restaurant for dinner also tastes good, with constant diners and fast turnover. The service is orderly, available on call, and the attitude is kind. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for people of all ages. I will come again in the future.

The surrounding supporting restaurants are also convenient. There is a good pigeon restaurant, which is recommended! I forgot the specific name, but the breakfast is quite satisfactory!

I spent three days/nights there and found it all to be satisfactory. The only bit of strangeness was having to leave the building and walk across the parking lot to have breakfast (included)

The hotel is easy to find, the room is large, very clean and hygienic, and there is a very inspirational sticker in the bathroom, which is good. The carpet of this hotel is newly replaced, the room is also very quiet, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Because I traveled with my children, I changed the room and took my children's slippers and toothbrushes. It was very attentive service. The front desk can also draw blind boxes, and the children like to play. The breakfast tastes good, and I also took a few oranges back to the room for my child. I met a robot in the elevator. My daughter was curious. Overall, it is very good, with good facilities, good environment, and better service. I highly recommend it

The room was clean and tidy, and the decoration style was simple but stylish. 🛏️The bed is super comfortable, and I can sleep well every night, which is very important for me when I am on a business trip! 🍽️The breakfast is rich and varied, both Chinese and Western, and the quality is quite good, satisfying the picky taste buds. 👩💼The service attitude is also super good, every employee is very warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. 🚗The transportation is also very convenient, there are bus stops and subway stations outside, and there are many food and shopping places around. I stayed in Gu'an for one night on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. Hotel location is OK, there are many small restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to several shopping malls. The car can be parked in the back community, and you can get a parking ticket when you leave. The room is relatively large and the facilities are better than I thought. The bathroom was separated by three, and there was a slight smell after the exhaust was opened. It should be that the floor drain was not well deodorized. The mattress is moderately hard and well lit. A special hanging ear coffee bag is also placed in the room. Wifi speed is a little slower and soundproof. Warm service. The price is OK.

The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock. The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day. The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . . On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . . In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.
