We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. I booked the private soup hot spring here in advance in September, and I also read a lot of evaluations. I drove from Beijing for1.5 hours and arrived at 10 am. The store was warm and friendly and led the villa. And briefly introduced, the room temperature is suitable, It is colder than Beijing. The two-bedroom has a small courtyard before and after. There is a hot spring pool in the front yard. It must be a real hot spring. The water temperature is 45 degrees. The backyard can be barbecued. The key is quiet, warm and hygienic. This is rare, and there is breakfast the next day. buns, sweet potatoes, biscuits, are all homemade, very good. This place must be the best choice for a treasure holiday.

I took my kids to Daxing Wildlife Park. I spent a long time choosing a hotel. Finally, I decided on the Hilton Hampton in Gu'an. It has parking spaces. Overall, it's good. The room is big. After breakfast in the morning, it's about half an hour's drive from the wildlife park. It's quite convenient. We were there on Sunday, there was no traffic jam, and we arrived at the zoo at 8:40, but it wasn't open yet 😂! I will choose this hotel next time. I'm satisfied with all aspects!

The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, the front desk staff is very good, very active, warm, breakfast is not bad, personally feel that the price is quite high. Soaking in the hot spring, you can let go of your own mind and relax.

I didn't expect so many people on a weekday. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not cleaned up yet. The staff said that the H1N1 flu is spreading rapidly now, and we have to use Dettol to disinfect it, which will take longer. This is absolutely good. We booked a private hot spring room. In the room, you can soak in the hot spring while looking at the scenery outside the window, and watch TV. There are more than ten large and small pools in the indoor hot spring, with different temperatures and different effects. There are two children's playgrounds next to the locker room. After changing into swimsuits, you can go directly to the children's playground. The water here is relatively low, suitable for children to play, with slides and small fountains. There are also many pools in the outdoor hot spring. It is more comfortable to soak outdoors if you are not afraid of cold. The indoor hot spring is like a tropical jungle Same, the best thing is that there is hot water every few pools, disposable paper cups, spare slippers and bath towels, and you can also sweat steam and scrub There is a children's naughty castle on the second floor of the hot spring room, next to the rest area, the rest area has lounge chairs, free refreshments around 3 pm, fruit biscuits, snacks, drinks, etc. The hotel has non-powered facilities outdoors, seesaws, trampolines, climbing nets, slides, swings, etc. There are many types of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and Gu'an specialties. Dinner was in the Chinese restaurant. There were a lot of people at mealtime, but the tables were turned over quickly. I waited less than ten minutes to get in. The specialties were delicious, no disappointments, and the price was affordable!

The hardware facilities are pretty good. It can be seen that when the hotel was being built, they had ideas for decoration and wanted to do it well. It's a pity that the post-production management failed to keep up, and the hygiene details were also very poor. In order to get the goods, this is the closest hotel and there is nothing to choose from. The variety of breakfast is also pitiful. Drinks and other drinks are served in disposable plastic cups. Can you imagine... Then we booked two rooms and four breakfasts for the three of us. Two of us came to eat. I asked in advance if I could bring a little. The person who didn't come took it back. We understand that the buffet cannot be packed, so we asked in advance and hoped that we could be accommodating even if we brought a bun or something. The service staff strictly prohibited it and we didn't say anything. The most speechless thing was that we turned around and looked at each other. The eldest brother filled a bag full of steamed buns, fried dough sticks, cakes and the like. He chased us and told us that he was an insider. I don’t know if he was an insider or not. I know you are pretty good. In short, even in a large rural area, It’s because I don’t have a choice in doing things, so everyone can make their own judgment.

I stayed in Gu'an for one night on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. Hotel location is OK, there are many small restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to several shopping malls. The car can be parked in the back community, and you can get a parking ticket when you leave. The room is relatively large and the facilities are better than I thought. The bathroom was separated by three, and there was a slight smell after the exhaust was opened. It should be that the floor drain was not well deodorized. The mattress is moderately hard and well lit. A special hanging ear coffee bag is also placed in the room. Wifi speed is a little slower and soundproof. Warm service. The price is OK.

The hotel service is good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, upgraded the room type, free parking, charging piles, underground parking, the room is clean and spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk introduced that it is a King Koil brand, which is very good. Overall, it is worth recommending!
