I booked the private soup hot spring here in advance in September, and I also read a lot of evaluations. I drove from Beijing for1.5 hours and arrived at 10 am. The store was warm and friendly and led the villa. And briefly introduced, the room temperature is suitable, It is colder than Beijing. The two-bedroom has a small courtyard before and after. There is a hot spring pool in the front yard. It must be a real hot spring. The water temperature is 45 degrees. The backyard can be barbecued. The key is quiet, warm and hygienic. This is rare, and there is breakfast the next day. buns, sweet potatoes, biscuits, are all homemade, very good. This place must be the best choice for a treasure holiday.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. The overall experience of this time can be summarized as slow. I checked in at 3 o'clock, and it took more than 20 minutes to complete the formalities. Then I was told that I hadn't cleaned it up. I waited until more than 3 o'clock before I was given the room card! I went to the hot springs, but I didn't go to the hot spring pool until 4 o'clock. I thought I would eat first. As a result, I waited for more than 20 minutes after ordering the meal before the first dish was served. Until I almost finished eating, there was still one dish that hadn't been served. I communicated with the waiter to return the dish and check out, but found that the money was still collected! I continued to communicate for a refund, which was speechless! Let's talk about the pool. It may be because of the holiday. There are many people and few pools. Because it was already night, I didn't dare to go outdoors. I personally feel that the overall water temperature indoors is not hot, the water in the pool is shallow, and there is always wind blowing, which will feel very cold and unsatisfactory! The sweat steaming room is not warm, but a smell of sour smell! There is a lobby manager named Wang Mumu at the front desk who is very professional and provides good service. Although I encountered various unhappiness, all problems were solved through her coordination! By the way, there is a greenhouse near the hotel for picking fruits. The prices are shockingly expensive, but the tomatoes and strawberries taste very authentic!

I spent three days/nights there and found it all to be satisfactory. The only bit of strangeness was having to leave the building and walk across the parking lot to have breakfast (included)

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find that the lobby is decorated very exquisitely and grandly, the overall environment is clean and tidy, and the light is very comfortable. The guest rooms are even more satisfying, with warm and elegant decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, and it is no problem to sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are all available, and they are all of high quality.

I stayed in Gu'an for one night on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. Hotel location is OK, there are many small restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to several shopping malls. The car can be parked in the back community, and you can get a parking ticket when you leave. The room is relatively large and the facilities are better than I thought. The bathroom was separated by three, and there was a slight smell after the exhaust was opened. It should be that the floor drain was not well deodorized. The mattress is moderately hard and well lit. A special hanging ear coffee bag is also placed in the room. Wifi speed is a little slower and soundproof. Warm service. The price is OK.

Health and the room are good, clean, the bathroom large mirror large countertop is very good, the room has a small refrigerator. It is very close to Nanguan Night Market, it takes five minutes to walk, and there are gas stations in the surrounding restaurants.

This was a wonderful hotel. Although it is not as close to the airport as it is listed, it still is very nice for its price. good service and nice bed.

The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock. The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day. The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . . On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . . In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.
