I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was small, dark and depressing. It was an interior room with the window facing the lobby and not outside. The room smelled strong of mold and paint. The toilet Handel was broken. Most of the wood flood was warped and bubbled from clearly having been flooded at some point. I asked the front desk to change to an exterior room but they said none with a king sized bed were available. It was very noisy and every sound from the hallway echoed throughout out the room. I believe the was some sports team staying there and it was hard to sleep with kids running through the hall from room to room, shouting, and slamming doors constantly! I will not stay there again and recommend other nearby hotels that cost less!

modern design, typical business level hotel

I passed through Guadalajara and stayed for one night. The hotel was a little far from the center. There was a traffic jam for half an hour, or ten minutes if there was no traffic jam. The hotel room is not very big, the windows are relatively small, and they are inner windows, and the bathroom is not very big. The room is large and well-equipped. The waiter's attitude at breakfast was average. I checked in at night and left early in the morning. I didn't experience the hotel facilities. I changed hotels every day along the way. I was not very impressed with this hotel. It's just a decent one, right?

Everything was super incredible, they managed to surprise us, I highly recommend the place.

I stayed for 4 days in a row, and asked to change to a single room halfway through. The room type 02 was close to the main road, and there was a bar nearby. The DJ was roaring until early in the morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. I asked to change to another room type in the early morning before I finally fell asleep! The service attitude is not bad, but there are a lot of problems!

The hotel is very good, the location is good, the surrounding area is convenient for eating, and the supermarket is also close. Just clean the room and the bathroom floor is not clean enough

Affordable business hotel

It's a bit far from the city center, but overall it's good.

My experience was very pleasant. A Hotel with everything you need, comfortable, light, nothing cumbersome. Its minimalist design, but with a touch of elegance and grandeur that is reflected in the skylight in the central part that gives it modernity. I think that it should have a little more light in the rooms in general, all the time it's like half light, but if you want to write you can do it. Impeccable cleanliness and service, everyone very friendly. The food, highly recommended, but basic, that is, there is no variety of pastries, or butter or jam, unless you ask for it, that is, it is not generous, it is basic. It is a Hotel in which I saw from couples, to business travelers and visiting people who came with tours. The right cost. A hotel that I would return to and recommend.
