"It is a good business hotel, it had no hostel available, the location is in front of a factory and there is a unpleasant smell, the attention was good, the facilities are already disregarded especially in the rooms observed oxide"

"Hi,
3 Things to improve:
-Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles.
-Faster room service and Bar service.
-Better lightning in pool area.
Nice facilities an the staff is very kind.
Thanks"
"Because I was close to the Guadalajara Pavilion, I chose this hotel. Not particularly good, one is expensive, but even if it is expensive, the environment can only be said to be general, the service in the breakfast hall is very poor, the old man has been staring at you, the Chinese live very little. The room is still ok, the coffee machine boils water. Not very recommended, if you live for a long time. The only advantage is that I am close to Shanghai, Shanghai, and I go to eat every night. Otherwise you have to starve to death in Mexico."
"Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use."
"The hotel service is warm, the food is fresh, the taste is many, and you can also order a variety of scrambled eggs and omelets. The transportation is also convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, safe and clean. It’s a bit old, the elevator floor button sometimes collapses."

Very Good
GGuest UserFood at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

RRoc HangLocation is good as it has one convenient shop OXXO and a few restaurants closed, especially one Korean restaurant is facing to the hotel.
Breakfast is good, at least every day has a little difference.
The most important is they can offer us the rooms at 11:00 am when we arrived before normal check in time. Thank you
Only a pity is the complementary bottle water is only one a day, it is not enough obviously.

PPatrick4yaI was very disappointed with my stay. The room was small, dark and depressing. It was an interior room with the window facing the lobby and not outside. The room smelled strong of mold and paint. The toilet Handel was broken. Most of the wood flood was warped and bubbled from clearly having been flooded at some point. I asked the front desk to change to an exterior room but they said none with a king sized bed were available. It was very noisy and every sound from the hallway echoed throughout out the room. I believe the was some sports team staying there and it was hard to sleep with kids running through the hall from room to room, shouting, and slamming doors constantly! I will not stay there again and recommend other nearby hotels that cost less!
GGuest UserOverall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully.
I could see myself returning!
WWanderlustExplorerI recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

MMelaniThe location is really good, plenty of food and drink options in walking distance. I liked the area! But the hostel could be definitely cleaner, especially the common space. The private room was ok-ish, but in the garden area and common space impossible to stay, full of cat food and smelly old stuff. Breakfast is a joke but didn’t expect much. There is a very nice breakfast place nearby!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is beautiful and the pool and rooftop are gorgeous, with stunning views of the city. The view wasn’t much on our side, just a wall.. but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The location is absolutely fantastic, being just a 5 minute walk from the historic Guadalajara cathedral! The staff were helpful and polite - Would recommend to any friend to stay here!

GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, the girl at reception was very attentive, the room seemed recently remodeled, the sheets smelled clean, despite various reviews that I read on other platforms, it made me doubt, but there is nothing like checking it out for yourself and it was a pleasant surprise, I recommend it.

JJosh GerstlThe location is perfect, right next to all the action in the Historic center of Guadalajara! Fortunately, there isn't very much noise from the city so you can sleep very well.
This is a total Greezer Style Hostel, one needs to know this, the building is old, everything is unkept but still clean enough and comfortable enough for someone on a low budget and/or Vagabond lifestyle.
The staff of young men were very kind and warm, the internet was strong and the shower has hot water which is necessary in winter.
It wasn't so clean but it is a hostel and quite possibly it was cleaned in the morning and by nightfall, it has become a bit dirty from all the travelers so a bit of advise to the hostel: if you are busy, please clean once in the morning and once in the evening, this would greatly improve our bathroom experience!
I would definitely stay here again, once a Greezer, always a Greezer and we Greeze on!
