The room was clean and hygienic. The staff in the lobby could speak English. The breakfast was good. The hair dryer was broken. I asked the staff to bring a new one but they didn't. I will stay here again next time I attend an exhibition. It's just opposite the exhibition.

The hotel is very good, very clean, and the white tea perfume and bath products are very comfortable. The gym is on the 3F, and the meeting room is also very nice. The Guadalajara Expo is downstairs, which is very convenient.

Very comfortable bed, the pillows could be better, they are no longer so fluffy. Rooms with two beds have bathtubs and were perfect for relaxing after being at the Expo. Super hot water. Very extensive breakfast. There is everything. I loved it.
